Professional staff. Looks like a small shop but they have plenty of products in stock. If not in stock they'll order it on.

Great staff at Windsor Plywood. I have been asked if I need help multiple times while waiting for my wood to be cut. The price and service was way better than at Home Depot for the same product. I can highly recommend this store.

A fair selection of exotic woods and a reasonable amount of sizes, however, the staff at the hardware counter upstairs are really what makes Windsor Plywood shine. They are helpful, knowledgeable and even take the time to have a sense of humour.

Downstairs, the staff are often very busy and can give the impression of being a bit 'off', however, understanding of their situation and a smile enables them to shine just like their colleagues upstairs.

Good selection of wood and many know the products well but others don't seem to know much at all. Most visits have been positive but one weekend the saw guy wasn't on and i asked the Aussie for four identical strips but he turned my expensive piece of zebra plywood into one big piece and three with hockey stick curves. Thankfully i was able to use the pieces as I didn't need full length but just barely had enough coverage

Great service and selection. Have been using Windsor Plywood since I started working in the theatre industry in Vancouver in 2010 and have always been very impressed with the quality of their product as well as the quality of their staff.
