Fantastic experience! The service at Pfaff is outstanding! It starts with the professional, very pleasant receptionist. The sales team is great. Ash was the best car salesperson I've ever dealt with! The finance people are very easy to work with. Highest possible recommendations all around!

The services are awesome. The works performed were replacing rotors and pads, dents repairs and winter wheels re-balance and swap. The car drives smoothly with no squeaking and vibrations. The adviser was knowledgeable, patient and earnest.

The team at Pfaff Audi has been top notch from start to finish. The sales team (Amanda and Shawn) made the process smooth and enjoyable. I don't usually have a comfortable feeling when leaving any car dealership but I will say that the team at Pfaff has changed that. Fair pricing and exceptional servicenothing negative to say. Great experience with the service team at Pfaff. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Excellent facility clean and comfortable. The people did a great job servicing my S4 as well as cleaning it. Another perk was the loaner car I was given when my S4 was in for warranty. All in all a great experience. I would highly recommend them for your purchasing or servicing needs.

Went looking for a pre owned A6 in late March. Visited four dealers on a Saturday and only Shannon followed up! She was extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable and prompt. I was able to finalize details by phone and email with no fuss, no resistance and no pressure.

Amazing customer service! Tyler and the general manager exceptional and very professional. The dealership just does not want to sell - they want to ensure customer find the best fit (vehicle and sales person alike).

The first time I went to an Audi dealer and it's the first time I got my Audi. Sean Hume is awesome. He is efficient and straight forward. And hence he really saved me time from checking other dealers. I will definitely go back to Sean if I am getting another Audi.

Excellent customer service at all times. Shannon is wonderful, very attentive and courteous and always willing to go the extra mile to help you find the right vehicle. She is very professional, knowledgeable, always available and very resourceful giving you options and recommendations that will make your car purchase a lot easier.

I've been going here for a long time, service is awesome, always on time and the waiting area / amenities are top notch. I generally have to work while I wait, the wifi and coffee are appreciated during that time. Sometimes I wander over to the cars I can't afford and the sales guys let me check them out and sit in them even after I say it's way out of my price range which is great. All around a great experience here.
