Great selection (and I mean great!) and prices are good on certain things. Docked a star because the staff weren't very happy to see us but they still helped (reluctantly lol). Had an item we paid for also that was on sale, bought it at full price though as the cashier rung it in without the discount and we only noticed they didn't give us the sale price after we left. Had to go back in to correct.

everytime I go there If I need any assistance I have to actively "hunt" for any of their staff as they see you and try to run away or if "cornered" will say .. "AHHH let me get find someone that knows about that" or it is "over there" and run off. They ae not helpful at all, go to the Uxbridge or one of the other locations if you think you might need any help.

If I could rate them with a negative score, I would. The associates know nothing about the products they sell and they run away when they see customers coming. Or they pull the old "let me get someone that knows" and disappear forever. Forgo here. Go to home hardware or anywhere else. Just not here.

I would like to thank the staff at this store. They have never failed to impress me. I have expressed my thanks to the staff on various occasions for the great job they do. As I have said to them "I always leave with a smile on my face" One particular young man comes to my attention. His name is Charles.He went out of his way by replacing an inner tube in a wheelbarrow tire on his own initiative . Being a widow and trying to do this chore on my own was becoming a most difficult task and I can't tell you what this meant to me. So to the management and staff of this store, a very big 'thank you' You can be assured that with service like this you will many dedicated customers.

Worst store ever plumbing department is a complete mess had to go through 5 different combinations of parts to compensate for the parts the store doesn't have or has but are buried in that mess waisted 45 minutes for something that should have take 2 .

Usually TSC has awful customer service but not the branch in Lindsay! A guy named Mike helped us and he was honestly the most helpful employee that I have ever seen in a TSC store! We were looking for an item that was on sale and the last one had a missing part so Mike gave us a much better product for the same sale price as the product we were looking for. It had much better customer service than the branches in both Peterborough and Bowmanville!
