So friendly and informative. There are classes that you can sign up for to learn stained glass techniques, bring home a beautiful hand made product. The staff is so good with sharing tips and ideas. Highly recommend stopping by here.

These guys are fantastic. Super helpful and knowledgeable. I've been in there asking for advice about an art project I'm working on and they've been very generous with their time, always willing to answer my questions and they even let me practice cutting glass on some scrap pieces they had. I highly recommend checking out their beautiful shop.

Went there to fix my mom's chipped window as a surprise. Turns out it was already filled and can't be touched anymore, and the gentlemen fixed my windshield wiper for free. Great customer service. You can tell they are genuinely kind. Will come again if I ever need anything done.

Very impressed. In the midst of a (rare) Victoria snowstorm, the glass on my retail shop door imploded. The staff at Glass-Smith & Co had a glazier over immediately who facilitated the repair work and managed with the broken glass without leaving a single shard. The replacement was fully completed within hours with minimal disruption to my business. Thoughtful, courteous, professional.

These folks are great. I recently had my side view mirror fall off and break. When I went to the different auto parts stores I was informed I would have to buy an all new assembly for @150. I only needed the glass so I went to the Glass Smith and they fixed it for just 35. I was thrilled with the price and service that included installation!
