Avoid this business at all costs - completely incompetent!!!! I went in to have a chain shortened by 1 inch and they butchered the chain and shortened it by two inches - completely ruined. Won't take accountability for their mistake. I had to go and purchase a new chain and took my business elsewhere. The manager Becky is one of the rudest sales people ever, completely ignorant, and lacks a basic knowledge about jewellery. No customer service what so ever!!!!!

I got a good deal , bought 1500$ ring for $1100 but the quality of the ring is so bad , not even two weeks diamond started coming out and its been over a month they are trying to fix it , and whenever i call they are like we will get back to you over the phone . Hate the customer service

Spoke to one of there staff on the phone and she was not helpful at all and was quite rude! Won't be bringing my jewelry here!

They have great deals for gold, I purchased a 24'' figaro chain and got an insane deal. Hundreds of dollars off the competition. Hoping to get some more from them soon, they are a friendly bunch.

Super awesome couple, there was an upset which was rectified ten fold and their prices can not be beat!! Quality of workmanship is great plus their shop is local!
