My boyfriend bought me an amethyst diamond heart necklace about 7/8 months ago. Within months the chain broke, we took it in, they gave us another one, she said oh ya the chains very fragile. Which was great they gave us a replacement chain but the chain is so damn thin the same thing happened again. It broke while wearing it.. almost loosing the diamond. He took it back to explain to them it is too thin it keeps braking and they said sorry you didn't buy The extended warranty so you'll have to buy another chain for $40+ tax. You'd think buying a 300+ necklace that it would last 8 months :( Crappy service. They must have others return this necklace and should be doing something about it! How about replace w a proper not fragile chain?!

Worst staff in the world went to look at rings and give the girl the budget all she said that we don't have the store that. I budget was 1000 before taxes. Walked out and went somewhere else found one. Won't be going there again

resized ring for the wrong size and wanted us to pay for it. Not only that, shaved off authenticity of ring, had to pay $70 else where to get stamped again.

Went out of their way to help and make us happy. Would recommend to anyone if you want quality service and products. Did rush service for us and product was returned when they said it would be. Gave us great piece of mind.

The ladies provided excellent customer service. The manager Chantal went above and beyond to ensure our special ordered was done right. We even received the pieces before the six week timeline. Thank you for the great experience.We will definitely be back!!
