  My husband lost his wedding ring because of poor fit by another jeweller. Hammond Jewellers helped us find a design as close as possible to the original one and sized it perfectly -- there no concerns about losing it now! The price was competitive and the service was friendly and efficient.

  Took a Men's Bulova watch to "Watch It" in Coquitlam Center because the "day" would not change. They quoted me $180.00 with a 20% discount because the "movement" needed repair. I declined and took it into Hammond Jewelers. Seventy dollars later and a good cleaning, and the watch is running perfectly.

  Poor service in the watch department. Kept me waiting for 25 minutes while they tried to find the most common pin size (22mm).
  Then they finally refunded my $5. Under duress.
  All the while my wife and kid were waiting in the car. Needless to say I was in trouble.
