  I did my own laundry here it was a nice exprieance actually the place is very well kept very clean quiet maybe the lady could've been a little more friendly but hey i was there to wash clothes not socialize.

  Inexpensive and clean! But go before 2 or after 5 because this place is by the temple and everyone and their whole family comes to wash every single thing they own.

  The sign on the door says open till 8pm.
  Yet the elderly lady says they're closed at 630pm.
  She rushed you you get out.
  
  The pop machine doesn't work.
  They don't put an out of order sign on the machine or fix it?
  And refused to give me my money back when the machine didn't work.
  
  Time to look for a different location

  I go there mostly in the evenings over the weekend and really love the place. The attendant is very friendly and helpful. The laundry is always clean and well organized. I saw her cleaning the whole space at least twice when I am there.
  
  I would really want to give 5 stars to this as I am coming here since 2 years and always welcomed with a smile and pleasant environment.

  Its almost 2yrs going at this place. Big and clean . They have rental box for 99cad per year that is really gud deal. Freindly staff ,I recomend this place to my freinds.

  I went there at 7pm today ( i.e 15th october 2016). Laundry infrastructure is good, but the customer service is VERY POOR. The receptionist was very very Rude and Arrogant. she was in rush. I told her that its my first time at public laundry, but she didnt even care to come and explain me how to operate these machines, instead she brought $10 change without my permission and start putting those coins in the machine and says, " I WONT STAY HERE AFTER 8PM. YOU NEED TO HURRY UP."
  First I thought probably this is how they work. But when I asked her question about Dryer she said, " IF YOU HAVE ANYMORE QUESTIONS JUST ASK ME NOW, CAUSE I AM DOING AUDIT HERE." I felt offended by her words.
  Most disgusting part is when I approached her to talk about her behavior she started arguing with me and my husband. She said, " DO WHATEVER YOU WANNA DO I WILL SPEAK AS I WANT''. She insulted me and my husband. I never met such kinda rude arrogant and nonsense receptionist in my life.
  Her English is really poor. She was on the phone whole time. If anybody knows this business owner's number, I humbly request you to let me know. I liked this Laundry. Its clean and has WiFi too exactly as I read reviews on this site. But I strongly feel that they need to teach her some COMMUNICATION SKILLS and A BIT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL.
  This place deserves 5 stars but only and only because of her I gave 1 star.
  I feel sorry for this business owner.

  I have been going to the "CHUTE" for nearly 2 years now. I LOVE this place, Ravi and her husband Virk are the kindest, nicest people. It is very Clean and never too busy (I go during the weekdays), if you lead a hectic life like I do, and have many things to do while your clothes are washing, you can put your wash in and for a nominal fee they will transfer it to a dryer so when you get back your wash is done. Or IF you are super BUSY they will Do it for you wash, dry and get this . . . fold it, all for a very reasonable fee or better yet stay and do it yourself. They have WIFI, TV, soda machine and comfy chairs
