Its my first review . Gaba travel has very bad customer service. I called so many time and they said that they will call after 10 min but they never call. Some time they put phone on hold and after that they disconnected. If customer call back with same number, they will not attend call.

I was going to come to your location to buy a ticket today. But I read reviews before I go. Seems like you people don't know how to run a business, according to the reviews. Won't give you my business. Some people just don't understand how important it is to run a good business with great customer service, and what is the value of these reviews.

Million other better places to choose from.

I called Gaba surrey. Guy told me called me back in 10 minutes for ticketing prices now its 4th days and I didn't get any call from there.

I had a wonderful experience with Gaba Travel, right from the receptionist that answered the phone to the travel agent both were very professional and handled me quickly and with the utmost respect.

I went in to book my flight and was greeted with a smile and a handshake and ushered right into a seat. Everything was very efficient and I was done and booked in no time flat.

I will be recommending this agency to all my friends and family.

Thank you
