I appreciate that my whirlpool washing machine has been tricky to repair. I like the fact that I am not being charged each time your service people have been called out to deal with my machine. This is a company that serves its customers.

Fantastic service! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it took 4 days to get an appointment. Guess those are the hazards of being very good at what they do. Thanks Shaughnessy!

Excellent group of people to deal with.
Bought fridge, dishwasher, and gas range all in Whirlpool.
One handle on the fridge had a chip in it when they delivered it, so they ordered another and replaced in with in 2 days.
Darlene and Coralene in the office were great to deal with, and there installers were pleasant and professional.
They even moved our old fridge to the garage and took away the old dishwasher and range for us.

They area great bunch of people to do business, local, and really strive to take care of there customers.

Dan Focht was a pleasure to deal with. He gave us honest and upfront advice about our broken down refrigerator and let us know the most cost efficient route to take. Also gave us a few tips regarding our other LG appliances. Very knowledgable and will call Shaughnessy for any future appliance needs.

The Tech Conrad showed up on time, was quick and efficient. It was a quick fix so I have no experience with them on a larger issue, but I would definitely give them the chance if I ever have a major issue.

Was very pleased overall. The repair cost was $410 for our 10 year old dryer which cost $700 new. So the question is why not just buy a new dryer. Well apart from buying a new dryer being an unfriendly environmental decision, the dryer is stacked with a matching washing machine. If we were to buy a new dryer we would also buy a new washing machine. And the two units look good already. Recent surgery meant I did not try to fix the dryer myself - lucky decision since there were several problems. The heating element was broken. The bearing holding the dryer drum was nearly toast, and this caused the dryer drum to be loose on its track. The dryer had to be dismantled but his gave us the opportunity to vacuum out many years of lint inside and see that all was in good shape. The repairs took 2 hours for the service man to complete and we are confident he knew his stuff stuff and did a great job. One missing part was delivered by the another company representative withing minutes. So $187 for the 'Labor' portion of the bill, which includes company overhead, was not bad, and the overall bill of $410 was much less than 2 new machines and more environmentally friendly.

I have known the Shaughnessy family (Andreen/Focht) for many years and have purchased and had service for existing appliances. I have recommended them to many, many of my own clients and the feedback is excellent! They are responsive, timely, and show integrity in their business dealings with my family, friends and clients. Highly recommend.

The service from Shaughnessy Appiance Service was quick and professional. I was impressed that I put in a service call request online and was called the next day with a sooner appointment. The gentleman who was going to come fix my dishwasher read what my problem was and had the part that he thought would be needed to do the repair. That was awesome, he could fix it right then and there!! Thanks so much!
