Awesome place! The staff was so knowledgeable, layed back and friendly. Love their products as well!

Bought a door from them and went to install the door. I noticed a strip of weather stripping was missing from the door. I went to the store to get the missing piece. I was not helped until I produced a receipt, which I found. Then I was repeatedly told how it was highly unlikely and never heard of for the new door to be missing the weather stripping. I didnt think it was logical that after spending $300 on a door that I would go back and lie to get a $6 piece of weather stripping. But this employee thought I was. Luckily I got handled by a different employee and then the manager Dave who simply gave me the piece of weather stripping. Mostly everyone at the store was good to deal with, but I really hope this was a one off experience.

We obtained a piece of ply wood, which was much less expensive than other sellers. They were extremely courteous and didn't even charge us for delivery.

They made it right and even delivered the product to my door. Awesome.
