I had dr tej dhaliwal come to my home and take a look at my cat. He said my cat was perfectly fine. After a few days I called dr dhaliwal but hasn't returned my calls I had to go elsewhere to receive the services I needed to find out a few days later that I had to put him down. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the services I received from this clinic. I called Dixie Road Pet clinic and was able to get the service I required for my pet and had an amazing experience with them.

I brought my 10 year old boxer to them because she had a lump on her side, they removed it. She was in such great care and they knew I was worried about her. They sent me a picture of her in recovery wrapped in a warm blanket with a teddy beside her.
They treat each aminal as if it is there own.
They are best I ever had, friendly with me and Baileys, kind and every helpful.
I recommend them to any one how needs a great vet. They understand was a pet means to you.

I have been with Fletcher's Creek for a few years now and have always received top notch service. You never feel rushed at your appointments and they give you lots of time to explain any issues you are having with your pet, which shows they truly care for their well-being. Just recently we were having difficulty figuring out why one of our cats was so sick, and in the end we found out he needed emergency surgery due to a blockage in his intestine. After a long day of work, Dr. Rice and her team performed this successful surgery at 9pm at night!!! Most vets could easily just say, "ok we'll do surgery in the morning", but nothis amazing team pulled together to save my kitty! They even stay overnight to monitor - please note this is not a 24 hour emergency animal hospital so the fact that they stayed was amazing. When you call to find out how your pet is doing if they are being hospitalized, they answer right away, and the Dr. will get back to you super quickly (within the hour or so). I've experienced some vets where I call to speak with a Dr. and the receptionist will just say, "ok they'll call you back when they are free" and won't call me until sometimes the day after.in my opinion, I find that unacceptable. Dr. Rice and her team will even call you to find out how your pet is doing at home after being hospitalized. This is just a whole other level of care and respect for pets and their owners/families, and of course, they are super professional and experienced, and their rates are average, so it's a win-win (great service for a great price!) I am very happy with the service and will continue to see them as long as I need to! I HIGHLY reccommend this veternarian to anyone!
