  There is something about a quality Americano paired with ambience, nostalgic jazz tunes, friendly staff, huge windows and a live edge bar to perch my laptop that makes Figaro Coffee House my favourite work spot in Ottawa. �
  
  
  
  I walked in and Nature Boy was playing. For those who don't know, I have the lyrics "the greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return" tattooed on my back. �
  
  
  
  The staff are so accommodating when I typically stay for 2-3 hours at a time with the natural sunlight pouring in to provide motivation, scenery and the best partthey even have keto friendly salads and fresh made frittatas and local kombucha. �

  Delicious coffee that gets the brain cells working in overtime. Yummy food that keeps the grumbling tummy at bay. Awesome staff that make you feel welcomed and pretty even when you look like a grumpy, un-showered, scrub who’s clearly headed in for a long day at work. And I’ve recently been made aware that they now serve alcohol. So you can take your grumpy, scrub, overworked buns in for a nice glass of wine, post work, to calm the nerves! 10/10 would visit again.
