Had a fabulous experience working with Anuj and Monika to design custom draperies for my home. They were excellent , communicative, provided prompt response and helped me in selecting the right fabric for my room.

RichCasa has been an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I came to them in need for custom drapery for our very large family room window. Monika and Anuj both were incredibly helpful when we came in for the consultation, providing a lot of expertise and suggestions for our needs. When it came to delivery and installation, everything happened so promptly and the installation done by Anuj himself was perfect. Everything was done meticulously and professionally with zero issues. Anuj did such a great job that on the spot we were able to ask him to custom cut an additional rod for us and add it to the order and he was flexible enough to provide right then and there. This was a great experience working with RichCasa and we will absolutely be working with them again for future drapery needs.

We've had an excellent experience dealing with Monika and Anuj. The best thing I liked dealing with them is that they're not "pushy" at all! They're very patient, and let you take as much time as you feel like. Monika spent a lot of time with us, helping us select drapes for our new home (many windows on a corner-lot home). The drapes are gorgeous! Anuj installed them in a downright professional manner. They truly know how to deliver top-notch service! Highly recommended.

We had an absolute excellent experience with Richcasa. They specialize in custom drapes (made with fabrics manufactured from their own factory abroad). We were looking to replace the drapes in our living room and my wife found them via a Google search. When we visited their showroom, we pleasantly found it was only about 5 minutes from our home. Though our order was relatively small (compared to the larger orders they typically do), they took over an hour to go over different fabrics with us and help us decide on a two-tone solution. They were very upfront with us regarding the delivery window (as the fabrics would have to be brought in from abroad). They informed us of a 3-day window in which they would perform the installation. On the day of the installation, we had a massive snowstorm in Mississauga and I didn't even plan on them showing up. However exactly at the time they specified, they arrived and installed all the drapes. We were honestly more than impressed. It has been over a month now since the drapes were installed and we are so happy with them. We very highly recommend Richcasa. Monika and Anuj were truly awesome. You will not have any regrets dealing with them.

Having visited over ten drapery stores across Toronto, Mississauga, and Oakville and seeing similar materials/designs, I am pleased to see RichCasa offers some unique drapery fabric. In addition to that, RichCasa's pricing is attractive. The best part is RichCasa managed to have the drapery custom made and then have the tracks and drapery installed within the tight timeline that was given. The workmanship is fantastic from the custom made drapery all the way through to the installation. My comment to them at the end was "I wish I have more windows". I will definitely return to RichCasa for future drapery needs.
