  Stephanie was amazing, she answered all my questions, and set up delivery of another item for pick-up at a different store when it wasn't available in store. She also offered to keep in contact for any further questions I have until I receive my sofa. So helpful, seems like there's a great team working at this location.

  Amanda is a Very patient and experienced advisor. Heard that They have comfortable sofas with affordable prices and good quality. Come in with zero knowledge about sofa, come out in 30mins with a 100% satisfied sofa ordered. If budget allows I really want to collect rest of the furniture here.

  I just put in my order and therefore do not yet have my couch, but my experience at EQ3 was fantastic. Sam let me know she was there and available to answer any questions, but did not pressure me at all. In fact when I told her after consuming her time for 1/2 hour that I would have to think about it, she essentially said “of course you have to think about it”. I also thought Sam was honest in telling me which fabrics would work and which would not - and she steered me away from some expensive fabrics. And finally, she came across as really knowledgeable - made me think about things I had not considered. I was very happy with the service I got - let’s see if the couch is what I hope it to be!

  My husband and I bought some new living room furniture from this location and had a great experience working with Sam! She was very knowledgeable of the products, personable and amazing to work with. Even the call I received from another sales person to organize our delivery was extremely nice. I also liked that they were properly enforcing covid restrictions and taking contact information (this isn’t the case at the east end location). Great sales team here, would highly recommend!

  Outstanding service from salesperson Samantha L.
  She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She showed us examples of what we were looking for and helped us with our choice of leather colour and quality. The whole transaction was pleasant and efficient. My wife and I would recommend this store to other shoppers.
