  I had my French drains installed by Durasec. Impeccable job, the membrane lowered the humidity level to normal. I had a problem with my pump when the warranty expired and the boss himself came on a Saturday evening to help me out.

  I make an appointment 3 weeks earlier and the day of the appointment, no one. No call to let me know they won't be there. When I call to find out what's going on, I am told that they have too many jobs and that they haven't thought of calling me to reschedule the meeting. Worse, because I dare to tell the receptionist that it is unprofessional and that I would have liked to have been informed, I am told that she does not have time to hear me complain. At no time did I insult or be aggressive with her, but she was completely rude. I hope the boss will listen to the conversation again. Fortunately there are alternatives. Good luck

  Impeccable work and a dedicated team that I warmly recommend! In the midst of a pandemic in the summer of 2020, Durasec carried out waterproofing work on the foundations at my home in Montreal and installed a complete system of French drains. Exclusive distributor in Quebec of a certified ecological membrane, remarkable for its efficiency and durability, Durasec offers a full 25-year warranty on all its work, which is above industry standards. The team was ultra competent, friendly, professional, equipped with all the machinery and equipment required, the site was clean and the great boss, eminently sympathetic, was present at all the key stages of the project. I know that I paid a little more than some of the competitors who had also tendered, but I am still happy today to have entrusted my foundations to Durasec, whose guarantee is superior and the service irreproachable. A favorite for this Quebec company! And the peace of mind of having offered the best to my building which is also my most important investment in life.

  I would not recommend this company to nobody. I was told a month ago that they will come do the job I asked for and they never showed up. Then they closed for 2 week vacation. All they did was give me excuses. Not a very reliable company
