Very kind and helpful doctors and staff. Dr. Watson is especially cheerful, kind and caring. He calls regularly to seek and provide updates. Charges are reasonable as compared to other veterinary clinics and much lower than the charges at the VEC Veterinary Emergency Clinic at Yonge / McMurrich. I have two cats and a dog. Dr. Watson takes great care of all of them. For more complex procedures, e.g. complex dental extractions, ultrasound, echocardiograms, CT scans, and for anything requiring overnight care, we have to go to the VEC.

I love Dr. Bateman! And so does my dog. She is so kind, and always explains things very well. However, I really did not like Dr. Nofal. She was pretty rude and rushes you out.

Took my 5lb dog in the dead of winter -30 degrees. They told my dog couldn't come in because they thought he had kennel cough. Stood out in the snow as the vet came to listen to his heart, take his temp etc. Confirmed he has kennel cough, gave me meds and charged me full price. My dog got worse so I had to go elsewhere. My dog actually had an undiagnosed heart murmur, water in his lungs and heart failure. They nearly killed my little guy :(. His heart murmur was apparently so loud and it blew the other vets mind that they couldn't hear it, never mind making my tiny dog stay outside for a checkup

This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. All the vets are passionate about animals and are so caring towards my cat. I always feel that they have my cat's best interest at heart but are also very aware of my budget. I never feel 'sold' to unlike other vets in the area I have been to. I highly recommend them.
