  I received a D35 on Wednesday, and assembled it that day. I rode it for a 26 km trip on Thursday! Extremely well engineered and well thought out. I used maximum assistance for the first ride because it has been a long time since I cycled. I would highly recommend this bike if you are considering an ebike for transportation purposes, as well as recreation.

  After doing a ton of research, I went by E-bike BC to check out the D35. I did a test drive and was very impressed. You can change the level of assist wanted, and it handled extremely well. Ram helped us, and we got both a discount on the bike (rarely on sale) and on the extra battery( as I love super long rides). Incredibly helpful, friendly and all around great place for e-bikes!

  I have Envo D35 from here and I am happy with the purchase:
  - Already drove 250km since the purchase. The bike is sturdy, relatively light, quick, convenient to use. Overall matches e-bike expectations
  - Customer service is nice. So far needed to use it twice because of riding on the very dusty location. The issues were resolved and it was quick

  The people working here are very thorough and patient, which made for a wonderful experience for me, being a complete newb to e-bikes. It’s amazing that all the bikes are designed here in Vancouver and are of such high quality. I bought a Lynx 20” and absolutely loving it. So smooth and well built. Thank you everyone at ebikebc for making such amazing products.

  Ordered the 500W Mid Drive Conversion kit. Excellent Service, Meet was a pleasure to deal with, he worked hard to get me what I needed and made sure everything was in order, the kit was available the next day. Always answered emails and phone calls right away

  This bike and spoke to Alley one of the most fantastic salesman and very knowledgeable. The outstanding staff also comes with great quality products.
  Addendum from 180 Lbs to 163 ty so much ive saved oodles on transiting with the new gas changes and i get to my property maitenence gigs faster than before.

  Great guys, helped me convert my favorite bike into something a bit easier to commute in. You can install yourself, but I paid them to do it for me and was quite pleased with the work they did. Very happy with the results overall, and it was much cheaper than buying a complete ebike. Highly recommended.

  My commute to work is 22 km each way and includes a significant hill. With the conversation kit I have reduced my travel time from 1 hour 20 minutes to about 50 min. After about a month of using it I decided I wanted a slightly larger battery and the guys at Ebike BC let me upgrade my battery without any trouble. Overall I am very happy with the product and the customer service.

  I had a great experience with EbikBC.
  They provided me with a thorough review of their technology, discussed options with me, and even with consultation on suitable bike for conversion, and did the whole conversion for me.
  Also, they were honest and caring; for example, they recommended that I get a smaller battery capacity and they could add it later if I needed it. They made good recommendations to changing the bike to be more comfortable for my needs.
  I have had the bike now for 4 weeks without any problems.
