Someone came by did replacement of two incoming water lines at the washer room sink which was leaking; and also replaced kitchen sink drain U pipe by misdiagnosed the issue. I was charged over three hundred dollars which was expensive I thought.
Seven days later the same pipe start leaking.I called the company and Josh was sent here. He caught the problem right away and a set of constrainer was replaced and the issue for sure is fixed. Best of it was free of charge this time. Thank you Josh and he fixed it within 1/2 hours.

Had to do a complete replace of the Hot Water Tank. Mr Rooter was always communicative and responsive when I contacted them. The plumber came in and knew instantly there were some issues, walked me through what was wrong and advised me against other costly replacements I had in mind. Overall the replacement went very smoothly and it was done in under two hours. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing needs.

Unfortunately they were booked solid and I could not use them. After a horrible experience with the first company I called I had the most wonderful lady answer my call on the 24/7 number her name was Elizabeth. I have to say she was the utmost understanding and tried her best to accommodate our situation she had the absolute best phone manner and sincere understanding to our situation. I would recommend this company and give them praise for their great customer service and in this day and age and for what we pay for they give you the gratitude as a customer before they even service you. Thank you Elizabeth you really went above and beyond tonight.

Friendly, speedy, reliable and cost efficient. Mark and Josh both excellent in understanding the problems and sorting it out with a positive result. Mark even retrieved a family heirloom that found its way down a plug hole. I would happily recommend MR ROOTER for all your plumbing needs.
