I used this company moving from Prince George to Langley. First this company owner terrible and horrible, his employee show ip for estimating for my moving and got quote $4500 so I agreed and asking contract and want sigh but they said no need so didn’t sigh actually can’t anyway when moving loading day they already other customers moving stuff and my moving truck so i asked can load all my stuff they said yes but fail and left few my stuff . And few hours later owner name Paul called me and yelled and asking more money first time asked me $1000 more so i said nope and then asking $700 so j said nope again then paul said that’s fine but left behind stuff figured out myself he said so unfortunately i have to agree to pay more $500
Then when loading day asked me to pay first and then they can loading what a service
Their job not a great my new house got lots of scratches and drywall damaged somehow we finally finished moving but after 30 days later we realized few my stuff missing so i call Paul then what he said why did i call after 30 days later so he doesn’t want to take claim for lost item
I asked few times but he hang up the phone
So if someone try to use this company think again
Very disappointed service and owner attitude
I will report BBB too
everyone look and read owner reply this is the proof how he treat customers never grant for his fault just busy to blame to customer shame on you Paul anyhow see you at court soon

Great experience and definitely recommend. They were responsive, punctual and professional with our move. I was amazed at how effectively and efficiently they handled our belongings and packed the moving truck. From the moment they arrived to the moment they left it was non stop hard work.

Yesterday Paul’s Moving moved our apartment. Jessie and Tyler were the movers. They were on time, communicated professionally, were friendly and had a great attitude. They went out of their way to make our moving experience a smooth and stress-free day!

This is the second time I have used Paul's moving company and I will be using them again in the future. They are excellent movers. They were careful and wrapped all my furniture with blankets. They are efficient and on time. They are also personable and pleasant to deal with. The first move they even got rid of a bunch of scrap metal for us. This move they did two stops and packed our storage unit for us. Again, awesome movers, I would hire them every time!!

What an amazing team. We have moved numerous times and always found it difficult to find a good moving company. We had movers not show up, some showed up 7 hours late. Many broke a lot of our things and said it was not up to them to pack, so their insurance would not cover the damages. With the help of one of my students I was introduced to Paul's moving. Not only were they on time but they were a few minutes early. Loaded up the truck and had us unloaded in 5 hours with absolutely no damages. They were professional, well prepared and just the nicest group to help us move and lower our stress level. Thank you guys. We will recommend you to anyone that even whispers about moving.

From start to finish, I had a fantastic experience with Paul's Moving. The quote was reasonable for the size and type of move help I needed. Jamie and Rody were professional, fast and patient especially around the 'little' things I requested. They took away what could have been a very stressful day. Fantastic company to deal with. I had a bit of a difficult move-out situation as a large deck had been built in the backyard leaving only 2.5 feet of clearance between the deck and the house (after I moved into the suite). The guys didn't complain, they just figured a way to work around it and did a great job! All of my things were handled with care and respect and the guys (Dustin, Claude & Rhodey) were absolute gentlemen. Would recommend Paul's to anyone! Excellent service and the easiest move I've had to date - this is the first time I have ever used movers and it was a great experience all around.

These guys are the real deal. Showed up ready to work hard and make our move as easy and stress free as possible. Like many others, I read all the positive reviews and decided to try them. Was happy I did, Drew and company did an awesome job while being friendly and helpful the whole time. Great job guys!!

This was our first time using Paul's Moving. What a great experience! They did a fantastic job! All of our furniture was wrapped with blankets and protected very well. I was concerned about the hourly rate but the 3 man crew that showed up worked very hard & fast but took the care to do it right. The floors were protected with runners as well to prevent damage to the floors. I was concerned about the long windy driveway and the driver's ability to back his truck up to the house. No issue at all. They got a 10 ton truck around all the corners and up the hill to my house where everything was quickly unloaded. The guys were polite and had a good sense of humor which helps during a hectic move. I would absolutely use Paul's Moving again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a first class job.

We've used Paul's moving four times- twice for ourselves from mainland to island. and twice for family members (my mom). Last example- Last weekend Paul arranged for an urgent move for my elderly mom from a one bedroom apartment to a care home in the Okanagan. I contacted Paul on a Sunday morning-- he immediately got back with me- within 30 hrs Mom's complete apartment was carefully and tenderly packed up- kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room and packed away in their truck. The guys were wonderful. They left at 4 am the following morning- admit winter road conditions and were at mom's care home by 9 am! After taking great detail in what had to go into mom's new place- setting everything up- they took the remainder to my sister's house. Can't say enough great things. Going with a family operated business is the only way to go. Thanks to the whole team. You made me look good for my family. :) and I didn't have to lift a finger.
