  Bought a 2015 Ultra Classic from them 2 mths ago. It's actually a really good bike and low kms with warr till 2018. It was cheaper here compared to a few other dealers in the area. But I feel it's just not the bike for me. So went in today to look at a used Heritage. So Chris gives me some B.S. about "Well we gotta check it put and make sure nothing's wrong with it" I've only put 2000kms on it lol. Then he tells me I have to spend the same or more on a trade. That they don't cut a cheque back to you if the bike you buy is cheaper. What kind of B.S. is that ? I'm not going to say not to buy a bike from here if you can get a good deal. Money is money. But I'll never spend another dollar in this place. But I get the feeling they don't really care.

  I bought a used 2004 harley davidson trike from Dukes in April 2016. I was told the trike was in perfect running condition from salesman John and the trike was safetied, however the parking brake and the horn was not working when I picked the trike up. Had a 30 day warranty so took the trike in with many issues. Josh the mechanic replaced a motor mount on the trike with another that was NOT a harley davidson mount. It did not have the proper length screws so after a few times riding, the screws loosened and the motor mount was ready to let go. The improper installation made the bike jump all over and was very hard to control. The drive belt had a large gap of teeth missing which weakend its condition and could have broke at any time. The seat was put on without bolting it down. The brakes were wore out and needed to be replaced but I was told the squealing was because the brake pads were too hard. After the 30 day warranty expired I took the trike to another harley davidson mechanic and he said the trike was unsafe to ride and would not have passed a safety check in the condition it was in. It cost $1500 in parts alone to get the bike safe to ride. I would suggest getting all details in writing and having the bike checked by a qualified mechanic before purchase.
