  When I was ready to upgrade from my Acadia, I sent Chris Illisevic an email giving him a rough idea of what I wanted. He searched and found me exactly what I was looking for. This wasn't easy, as there aren't many Suburbans with the list of options I wanted.
  
  Throughout the process, Chris understood that I was busy and wasn't usually able to take calls. We communicated by text and email, and it worked really well. The entire deal was tailored to my needs.
  
  This is the second vehicle I've bought from Chris at Heuvelmans, but it won't be the last.
