  Ordered a medium rare steak. It was mostly cooked medium well. Sent it back, then the waitress comes out to ask me to go with her. I follow her to the kitchen where my first steak is all cut up to show me it's cooked medium rare. No it's not!!! 3/4 of it is medium well. I expect more then 1/4 of my steak to be cooked properly. Then they tell me how my second steak will be cooked more around the edges then in the middle. It was pretty much the exact same as the first. Yes I ate the second one as all my friends were pretty much done eating. Then when I say to the waitress that it is inappropriate to be dragged back I get a oh well that's the restaurant business. No it's not normal to bring a paying customer back to the kitchen and treat them like they have no clue . Thanks but it's not my first steak. The manager never came out to talk to me. The waitress brought a free dessert that I would never had ordered so it was completely waisted. And I paid full price. I'm completely unimpressed and will never go back after being treated so poorly.

  One of the best places to go for a relaxing well prepared meal I've seen in Chatham.
  The staff is professional and friendly the food is very good and despite the comments about cost lunch for $15 or dinner at $25 per person isn't out of line for what you get here

  Saturday afternoon on the patio. After about 10 minutes I did get 2 menus, a small and a large one. After another 25 minutes I was finally able to order a beer. When it arrived I was trying to order their Juicy Lucy and was told the kitchen was closed..huh??????

  Love the food and the atmosphere! I've only been for lunch and never had a bad experience. The Shanghai Express was incredible! I was craving it again the next day :)

  Food is a decent and a nice change of different options from the average restaurant in the area and the alcohol selection is good.

  Frendz has really stepped it up. Great atmosphere, lots of drink options and the kitchen offers high end food at fair prices.
  
  Trivia night is a great way to spend a wednesday.

  Great place for lunch! Mark and Brenda always take great care of everyone. The daily soups are off the hook! I asked Mark if you could make a Lobster Bisque one day, two days later he called me to come in for lunch to try the Bisque - was awesome. I have never had a bad meal here in my 25-30 visits.
