I enjoyed dealing with Victory Ford and am enjoying my Ford Fusion Hybrid. There was only one issue which they corrected .

We have purchased two new vehicles from Victory Ford. One being a 2010 Ford truck and the other a Lincoln MKZ which is leased. Both vehicles have not given us a minutes trouble. The truck is serviced when necessary for oil changes etc however nothing has needed to be repaired. The paint is like the day we purchased it. Looks brand new and it has never been polished.
The Lincoln is of course in a world of its own. It is a 2016, and other than trying to figure out what all the features are, it is a beautiful vehicle especially in the warm months with the moon roof open. Love it!
The service at Victory Ford is excellent. They are more than willing and patient to explain things. They have a new LIncoln ready for me to use when I take mine in for oil changes.
We are very satisfied with the service at Victory Ford and will continue to use them in the future.response / report this review -

Same usual great service. Courtney was great in setting up our appointment and the vehicle was finished quickly. I was also picked up at my home in Kent Bridge and brought back to the dealership which I really appreciated

I made an appointment with the GM here last Saturday, before they closed, for Monday at 9:00am. I drove over an hour to test drive and mostly likely buy the car, only to be asked to sit in the guest lounge where I waited for an hour. Once the dealer I was there to meet with decided to give me the time of day he pawned me off to someone else. Only then did they decide to let me know, that the car I had come all this way to most likely buy (cash in hand) was sold earlier in the week. I didn’t want to completely waste my trip so i asked to test drive a few other cars. The man who helped me with the test drive was helpful, kind, and professional. However I will not be buying a car from this dealership due to my awful experience and wast of time. I will also make sure to steer anyone else I know looking for a car away from Victory Ford and Lincoln.

I recently made an unplanned appointment for my vehicle because of a concern. My need was accommodated promptly and conveniently. The service department found nothing amiss with my vehicle, and I was on my way after receiving a thorough explanation of the service provided, having the use of a loaner, getting a free car wash, and not being charged. That was great! What was best, however, was knowing that I could trust Victory Ford Lincoln’s finding. That’s peace of mind!

Our experience with Victory Ford so far has been excellent. Anyone in the market for a used Ford F150, knows how difficult it is to get your hands on one. My husband and I were touring your lot one Sunday afternoon and one of your sales rep - Mike Raspburg introduced himself. Right from the start Mike was honest with my husband about the state of used F150s and told him that he would keep his eye out for one. The following Saturday Mike contacted my husband to advise him of a truck he'd have available early the following week. We headed to Chatham on the following Tuesday to view/test drive the truck. Mike made us feel very comfortable, but was also very honest with us as there were 3 other customers looking at this same truck. My husband had done his homework and knew what the going rate for trucks was (year, miles, extras etc) so he was familiar with what the asking price would be. We quickly made the deal with Mike, who was able to negotiate a few extras for us. We appreciate the efforts Mike took to ensure that we were satisfied with the deal we were making with Victory Ford. We were able to seal the deal and pick up our truck 3 days later. We've now had our F150 for almost a month and we don't regret our purchase. Mike Raspburg and the team at Victory Ford were nothing but professional and efficient in processing our deal.

Great selection and great service. The overall sales experience was a pleasure. Salesperson Mark wasn't pushy, addressed all my concerns and was very personable. My F150 is fantastic, no wonder they are the leader in truck sales year after year.

We have always been satisfied completely with both sales and service. They go above and beyond to ensure the customer is always number one. We purchased gas and go for our Fusion and have never regretted the decision. I have owned Fords since 1979 and have always been satisfied with the product. Service was always satisfactory prior to Victory Ford but I can honestly say they go above and beyond. I would never hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone

Helpful service. They do their best to help me and my company out. They book us in as soon as they can at a convenient time for us. All work meets expectations. We are happy and will continue to use the services at Victory.

I'd like to say that every time I have entered the building I have been met with smiles and made to feel very welcome! Jeff Ameel and his staff take the time and I feel go out of their way to answer any and all questions that I may have. So happy to have a place I can go to and feel I'll be taken care of!! Thank you Victory Ford!!
