Hi I live in the Yukon and this is where the shop I work at is located at. Johns auto, we deal with James Lindsay and he is wonderful!! Always avalible to us. Great to deal with. We exchange pictures of part and he always know what we need and sends it right away. This is a big deal to our small business way up north. Thanks again James you rock! It's always a pleasure. Jen and the boys of John's Auto.
great service. they were the only mazda dealership in the lower mainland to help me without using the "its winter tire season" excuse. they got me in promptly and the unlimited coffee is a nice perk.
From beginning to end my experience with Destination Mazda was A+. Stacey was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was always reachable and quick with an answer. I was impressed with the service all around and the quality of the CX5 sells itself. I have no hesitation in recommending Destination Mazda
Not bad service. Usual dealership quotes.
Went in for an oil change. Service was nice and friendly atmosphere.
When they were done they issued me a report saying I needed this and that. Which is fine.. But when I looked up the parts myself.. pure insanity.
They quoted me $800 some odd dollars for a part that can be bought online for $60. Quoted me another part at $500 that can be found online for $40. Qouted me headlight bulbs for $90 specially ordered from Japan. Went to Lordco same day and got them for $16.
Nonetheless I guess this isn't news to people about dealerships.
Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. I'd go back.
I was so impressed with the service Devin gave me in parts and service. My key broke off in my door and I had my car towed to the dealership to have keys recut and the door fixed. Not only did she inform me or the process though the entire day, they gave me options on how to proceed. I received way more for what I was excerpting to pay and they where able to do a visual and tune up with a tire rotation all for under $300. The cherry on top I drove away with a freshly washed car and a huge smile on my face. I was expecting to get ripped off as most dealerships like to take your wallet for a ride and they very much could have. but they didn't! That says a lot in this day where everyone takes advantage for a quick buck. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them or use them again in the future. Devin is amazing ask for her by name!
I had a great experience with this dealership. I was able to talk directly with a mechanic who very approachable and gave me spot on advice about an issue I was having with my car.
We've serviced our Mazdas at Destination since it was purchased from Wolfe. Service is always efficient, professional, friendly and affordable. We purchased a new CX-9 last summer and were similarly impressed with most of the sales process. Expect to be taken to the cleaners on trade-ins, but that's true of any dealer - the price of convenience.
The new generation CX-9 itself is a fantastic vehicle for the price and has given us no problems. Destination was open about one issue common to all vehicles and covered it under warranty.
We'd recommend Destination Mazda to anyone in a heartbeat.
Recently picked up a 2017 CX-5 GT and I love my new car and the whole team at Destination Mazda was very accommodating with my schedule and any concerns I had were addressed. David is one of the sharpest guys there! From the first day I went in to look and test drive till I finally decided to get a Mazda 4 months later, he did not pressure me but kept me in the loop with special manufacturer rebate updates. Looking forward to the star treatment when I come for an oil change!
I have dealt with many car dealers the past and must say that the service from Destination Mazda was hands down the most professional, accommodating and no pressure experience. The staff there were very pleasant to deal with and willing to work to making a fair deal. I would strongly recommend Destination Mazda.
Quentin and Ahmad went above and beyond in dealing with us as new customers from the time we entered the dealership, their customer service was outstanding and above our expectations (my dad really enjoyed the coffee, way to go Ahmad!). I will definitely go back to Destination Mazda in the future to purchase another car and will recommend this dealership to friends and family, mentioning Quentin and Ahmad as contacts!
In respect to the service levels received by Sales manager Ahmed and Quentin I cannot recommend them both highly enough. Moreover, just sitting with them and speaking about the purchase of a new Mazda was great as they both had exceptional skills in dealing with us and answered every qery and question we had about the purchase process and features of the car.
Thanks again Gentlemen! The experience was exceptional as was the coffee AHMED :)

Anyone buying used vehicle here in Destination Mazda should exercise caution and be very diligent for the following reasons.
1. When you negotiate purchase price/ trading ask FIRST, do they give second FOB key (cost about $200-300) for their latest model used vehicles. Because, after all negotiations said and done, receiving your full payments ($12,800) and all insurance paper works done a guy David Han will inform you saying "NO SECOND KEY"!! Take it or leave it. Then you realise you are on hook for extra $300 from your pocket for the key.
2. Their website says they provide 153 points safety inspection report for all their used vehicles. We bought 2012 Grand caravan 10 days ago still we are waiting to see these report and the second key.
3. Don't deal if they say the vehicle is in another lot; the vehicle may be brought to Mazda lot for the test drive but does not contain all the paper works related to the vehicle. Missings. such as safety inspection report, warranty details, repairs done and lien details. Don't fall victim to salesman/ mangers assurance the papers will follow next day, finish the deal now. That is exactly what happened to us.
4. It is worth to ensure the odometer MILE, K.M any tampered issues!!
My many attempts in writing to resolve the above issues fell in deaf ear hence will proceed to make a formal complaint next week with Vehicles Sales Authority Surrey, and Better Business Bureau.

Overall my experience purchasing my Mazda 3 from Destination Mazda was very positive. I was approached by Ben Liu when I walked in the door and he was very informative with the information that I wanted answered. He never pushed costs and numbers my way and allowed me to get a feel for the car. The process went quickly but he was also patient with my contemplating of the purchase. He even picked me up on the day I was to get the vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone looking at purchasing a Mazda.
The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of the day of purchase. The finance personnel said I should have plenty of time to pick up my vehicle and get to work on time if I where to get there at a certain time. It turned into a very rushed stressful situation for me. Counting down the minutes as things where getting processed. From franticly signing wherever they told me to and scrambling to get the plates on the car to literally sprinting into work showing up three minutes late. I take my career very seriously and was upset that a quicker sale for them put my image of myself at work in jeopardy.
I would rate my experience at Destination Mazda a 4.5/5, but since Google doesn't allow half stars, I'm willing to put 5. The sales associate, Roman, was by far the best person we interacted with at the dealership. Friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, very accommodating, willing to communicate however I wanted (always by text, I hate the phone), patient. We were in the dealership probably 6 times, and he was always on time and friendly. The other employees we interacted with were more what you would expect at a traditional car dealership. We felt a little rushed when signing our papers with the financial manager, and we weren't super impressed with David, the sales manager but simply because of Roman we would go back to Destination Mazda time and time again - and we love our new CX-5!
