I live in America and i bought the em1 se
I did not receive my saddle bags I call them and they are going to send me them.
the app has some issue.
I would recommend daymak

Update I got my saddle bags and had my mechanic put it on he told me that there is a bar missing on the other side.

I looked at the box and noticed a hole where it could of fall out.

I'm not to concerned about it, the bike runs good everything asked for and it's been 4 months and have possibly 3 week to go before I put it away for 3 months because of the snow.

Paid almost $7000 after taxes for the ultimate beast mobility scooter and has been nothing but problems from day one. Ten minutes of riding it it over heated and shut down. Still having the same problem.
The speedometer does not work so you have no idea of the speed that you are doing.
On daymak web site it advertises up to 90 km on a charge. Not even half of that realistically.
The bike has been in the shop more than I have had it. When I took it back to were I purchase it they took it back to daymak and was told nothing is wrong.
Be very careful when buying one.

Same with the other website. This probably the first webpage of ebikeuniverse. I know what you did to my daymak rogue. Good job guys. By the way the person who bought my bike is a long time ebike user so he knows what is wrong with the bike you cant fool him.

Sad to say but my boyfriend brought a wheel in to be fixed its been a month at first they said 200$ now its 400 been good customers but a few times they would nt even answer phone .this bike is his only way to work cause no buses .

I didn't buy an e bike directly from daymak but I bought an em1 used but It was barely used maybe only 3 or 4 times and It was an ok bike, at first i loved it but then I ran into a little trouble, it was not a very fast bike, and it would not charge and the charger was working, and I got a little bored with the bike, it was also very heavy for a e bike, I wasn't to happy since I sold my very rare 110cc x18 or daymak warrior when daymak used to sell engined vehicles, and wasn't very happy because I can't find another super pocket bike and now I'm stuck without a bike, I think this bike is meant as more of a bike for commuting, not for fun, but I got a lot of compliments riding it, and it had a lot of nice features on it, I'm not hating on daymak they have been around since 2001 and I was a big fan of them when I used to buy your super pocket bikes like the zm2 warrior and more, but wasn't very happy with my experience with the bike unfortunately I don't own the bike anymore, please bring back the super pocket bikes we don't have any in Toronto gta!

I am sad to have to write this review, but I feel compelled to. I purchased a Daymak Chameleon in 2015. I love the bike, but have been having problems with chargers ever since I purchased the bike. In November of 2016, my charger died, so I bought an extra one. Since then, both chargers have died - so now I can no longer charge my bike. I phoned service and was made to feel as though I was the problem, despite the fact that I followed the instruction on the charger "to the letter" and have always been very careful. I would hesitate to purchase from this company as I feel that they "blame" their customers for the shortcomings of their products. Moreover, I do not want to deal with companies that I feel are trying to "nickel and dime" me to death at every turn.

I purchase it last year, and so far almost every parts on it were loss. The way the power wire plug on the side of the 🔋. Made a couple bump and because the plug face downward it came apart a little at the time until it came off Had to pouch it for a couple hours before I decide to see if I could figure out what it was. Until I saw the wire unplug. The speedometer suck, tells me I got 56 hours left end up dying 20 minutes later Long walk Otherwise good..😶😒😔😢😞

So far I've satisfied with their services I'd surely advice Dave and Nick..Nick gave me a soild deal just unimpressed by delivery time and their false statement that you are available to pick your vehicle within 24 hour other wise im delighted..hopefully there isn't any other disappointment

..as a owner of 2 brand new boomerbuggys that were both junk, I do not recommend Daymakand their customer service is disgusting!buy off amazon.ca folks, warranty is everything when "made in china" which is where Daymak is made!!!!

My friend and I came in to look for an e-bike scooter a few weeks ago and had a great experience at this store. Domenic was so pleasant to deal with, he was extremely helpful with his excellent knowledge of all the scooters. He was very patient in taking the time to explain each bike and give advice, letting us try out each model, which led to the perfect bike (the Chameleon) for my friend. The bike was delivered on time, and has been so much fun to ride, a great choice. I highly recommend checking out this store if you are looking for an e-bike scooter. And, don't forget to ask for Domenic!
