Wow, so many negative reviews. We used to go to the one further down in Robertson but last year on 3 consecutive visits their servings were miniscule. When we asked on our last visit, we were told the owners were being very strict with staff and that was the size they were told to serve. Absurd that they wouldn't even fill a Blizzard cup to the rim when you can get 4litres of ice cream for what they charge. So we boycotted for a while and then decided to give this one a try. Great efficient service and the cashier was able to answer all my questions about ordering a cake this week. Banana split was a little slow to come out but it was regular size with nice toppings.worth the little wait. Good job crew - this is our new "home branch"!

I went to this location tonight and ordered two Blizzards. I ordered myself a turtles Blizzard with Skor added and paid over $1 extra for the addition which I'm happy to do. They did not include the Skor in my Blizzard and there was less than half the amount of regular toppings in both of our Blizzards. They were basically just cups of ice cream with a few pieces of chocolate mixed in. I'm disappointed to have paid $12 for two small Blizzards to end up with barely anything in them and to have the toppings I was charged extra for be forgotten all together �

Went through the drive through and ordered a royal oreo blizzard made with cookie dough instead (which I've had at least 5 times before) and was told I couldn't order it for whatever reason. I made no complaints and asked for a regular cookie dough blizzard instead and drove up to the window. When I got to the window all I could hear was the attendant talking to her trainee about how tired she was of stupid people thinking they could order whatever they wanted and how stupid her coworkers were for accommodating such requests. I have been in the service industry for more than 10 years and this was the worst experience I've ever had! I don't care how annoying a request may be, there are proper ways to deal with such things that don't require insulting a guest in front of their face. I was so pissed off and taken aback that I didn't say anything to her face but I called as soon as I got home and the manager did little to dispell my disappointment. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with this and I will never be giving my money to this location ever again and am seriously considering switching my loyalty to the mcflurry!! #customerservicematters

I've worked at this dairy queen multiple times and it is one of the worst establishments ever. My first time working was back when i was 17 and the employees messed with peoples food like spitting on burgers or using food that has dropped to the floor. Don't get me started about hygene there. On another note im 25 now and a few months back i worked for them again to realize that nothing i mean nothing has been upgraded or fixed since i was 17 if anything more things are broken and or taken out because they do not function anymore i mean the soft serve is always a different consistency, as for the deep fryers they have reused oil thats been sitting in a oil drum outside for desposal, their cash system is still green writing on a black screen and if you want certain items you gotta ghetto punch it in by hitting buttons that have nothing to do with it so its harder for workers the one general manager who was trying to help the place left because of the bullshit evolved around that dairy queen and he got replaced by someone who cant do their job and is hiring all her family members to do the work she cannot. All in all its time to boycott this dairy queen or you support substandard work places and substandard food injested by you and your family.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced! We spent a half hour in the drive thru waiting for our order to be taken and about 10 minutes on top of that for our food to actually get to us. I understand that fast food establishments need time to cook their food, I can appreciate that but that long in a drive thru is ridiculous! We spend over $20 on a meal for 2 that was less than satisfactory, on top of the wait time, they completely jumbled our meals together mixing his fries in the same box as my chicken strips, and I hope I didn't pay for the ranch dressing I never received as requested. Oh yeah, and I tried to call to complain about my experience 3 times and no one answered the phone.

Went there today it took them 15 minutes to make my order and i watched as the girl in the back was handling all the food without gloves. Touching bacon and burgers everything even using her bare hands to squish the fries into the box after scratching the back of her neck. When brought up to the supervisor that she was not wearing gloves while handling food he replied "she washes her hands." Avoid this place since they like to avoid health code.

Was there around noonish with line up out the door because of the Children's Miracle Network I went through the drive through and within minutes was in and out with my Blizzard 👍

Great place. Expensive, but our blizzards were terrific. Gotta save my money so I can go back. Parking is kinda tight, be carefu.
