  My son and I are shopping at Cheeky Monkey on a regular basis. From useful, unique and stylish baby utensils in the early months to lots of toys these days that he just loves and plays with every day, we always find something we want. It is also my go-to shop for baby shower presents. The staff is very knowledgeable about what is being sold and if something is out of stock it never takes longer to get our hands on it because they hold it back for you when it arrives. Cheeky Monkey has a very familial atmosphere and we always feel well attended. The extra events like Santa pictures, workshops and Mother's Day specials just add up to a local shopping experience that truly meets the needs of the customer. If anyone asks me where to shop for their young children, this is my first recommendation!

  I love the unique items and stocked items they carry. Staff is very knowledgeable about their items and if they don't know they normally find out and call back. I was looking for a skip hop product that they didn't have on their shelves and within an hour they called their supplier and found out the options I had to order that item I was looking for. They are great with replying to emails as well. My hours are normally off so I send emails with my questions or to have an item put on hold for my husband to pick up and it's been great. My husband loves going cause they make sure he leaves with the correct purchase lol

  I was at the wonderland store yesterday! The staff are amazing. I don't remember her name, but my daughter had found a toy (she didn't need) the woman that was helping us was FANTASTIC! she suggested that my daughter let her play with it and she will keep it safe until we come back. My daughter then handed it over, because of her we left the store with a few wimpers instead of a full blown melt down!

  The service is always top notch at Cheeky Monkey. The staff are very knowledgeable. I bought my cloth diapers there when I was brand new to CD'g. They walked me through it all! They wrap up gifts beautifully (saves me so much time-I'm a terrible gift wrapper). They have a lovely selection of items for both gifts and for every day life with babies/toddlers. So lucky to have this store in London!

  Since having my son 2 months ago I have become a Cheeky Monkey regular. Anything from nursing aids, information for a new cloth diapering mama, and the best products for my babe, Cheeky Monkey has come to the rescue for everything! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and happy to assist.
  
  
  
  Truthfully, when I was pregnant I had no intention of shopping at Cheeky Monkey. I had percieved it as an overpriced baby store, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Between price matching and high quality products, as well as a deelpy knowledgeable staff, I find myself in the store often and LOVONG my visits! I am in love with this store and would higly recommend visiting!

  I get my liners for our cloth diapers here, easy access, always friendly staff and they remeber me even when it's been months since we had been there last.
  
  
  
  I also had a time when i only walked in cause i needed a place to change my kids (2yo and infant) and turned into a nursing session, they never got upset that I wasn't there to buy something (at that time) and said their door was always open if the situation ever arose again.

  Great staff at both locations. Great system when you have no receipt. I had to exchange sizes in the cute and unique booties they sell and they looked up the receipt by the buyers name. I also bought a nursing bra along with many other items, but they were very helpful in finding the right size/style for me! Keep doing what you're doing staff at Cheeky Monkey!!

  The products are great but the shopping experience was
  
  less than desirable. While they sell baby products I didn't find it to be very "baby friendly" as the sales associate hovered around my baby and I with windex and a cloth while we shopped. I would have liked to make a few more purchases but just wanted to get out of there!

  I love this store. The staff I've dealt with have all been amazing and very supportive and informative with respect to many things, including the different carrier choices (wrap versus structured carrier) and on how to use them. They even helped me after I had already bought and taken the carrier/wrap home when I couldn't figure it out.

  We wish to thank the staff at the Oxford store I had zero ideas about a baby wrap, and with the help of staff I picked out the best wrap for us They even helped me with putting it on

  I love shopping here! The staff goes out of their way to help you. The quality of the brands sold here is top notch, I know I will love everything that I buy.
  
  Gift wrapping is always offered as well.
  
  The nursing room is always kept clean and comfortable.

  Their return policy is terrible. Do not buy gifts for anyone at this store. Unless you have the receipts you cannot even exchange size colour or anything. Asking someone who gifted you something for a receipt if uncomfortable and awkward.
