  Fred and Mark are super professional guys. I had a foot injury which they alleviated alongside my physio with orthotics and tailored insoles, and a year on I still work closely with them for any tweaks we need to make. I'm feeling the best I've felt running for 2 years now!

  If you or anyone you know is in need of custom cirrhotics, then your search is now completed. i was recommended to Applied Biomechanics by my brother who was telling me for months to book an appointment. i did and will never look back. i will always have my foot care taken care of by Applied Biomechanics.. i live in Waterloo, which shows you that its worth the drive to see them. from start to finish they will take care of you professionally. my son was with me during my appointment, when i asked them to take a look at his feet, without hesitation they took care of him saving me a trip back to Guelph. . Now with orothotics his skating has improved remarkably.
