  It was about 6-7 years ago when I was working in the area and I was curious as to what was going on in the comic world (the last time I had read any previously had been 12 years earlier). I tried a few comic shops in the Mississauga & Brampton areas just to check things out, but felt very out of place and like I wasn't wanted there. Upon entering Image Collections, Todd immediately made me feel welcomed and engaged me in a friendly conversation. He provided recommendations based on my previous interest and even handed me a few old issues to enjoy at no charge. I became a regular customer solely based on Todd and the other great staff that worked there. Unfortunately, I no longer work in the area and it is quite a distance from where I am living now so haven't stopped by in a few years. I do intend to make it the first comic shop I take my son when he is old enough to read comics and highly recommend it as a shop for anyone who considers themselves to not be a "comic person", but is interested in checking things out.

  When I first got into comics about a year ago I was a bit overwhelmed about not knowing where to start. When I met Todd I could sense his passion for comics. I think Todd is a really awesome guy and I hope to become a regular. I now have a growing collection of comics. It makes me really happy to add another hobby onto my list. It's a positive place.   Great customer service, very friendly and awesome staff that always makes you feel welcome! Great selection of back issues if stuff isn't in the way of them lol. Also a good selection of trading cards and graphic novels. I recommend this place!
