I purchased my new car - Corolla SE 2017 on Oct 23,2017. I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks to my lovely product advisor - Adam Cai. He was a helpful, considerate, patient and kind person as I ever met. I really appreciate for the time he spent with me and his professional & knowledgeable services. On October 30/17 I purchased a beautiful 2018 Camry, my dream car from Crown Toyota. My salesman, Ron Ackerman was very patient without any pressure during the times I dropped in to test drive, ask questions and contemplate my purchase. When the time to make the purchase came, it went quickly without any stress. What I really appreciated was the no pressure to buy extras approach. Other dealers in the past have left me with a bad taste after such pressure. I have found the staff at Crown to be very friendly and accommodating whenever I drop in to ask more questions about the operation of the new car. I would recommend both Crown and Ron to anyone looking for a new car.

I had an awesome experience with Crown Toyota! Drove away with a 2015 Toyota Corolla and I am so excited! I had Nick Chun from sales and he was incredibly considerate, helpful, and kind. This was my first time buying a car and he was very patient with me in all of my deliberation (which was a lot!) He was efficient to the point of jogging around the dealership when he was going to bring around the car or get something for me. At the same time, he never made me feel rushed or pressured. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone! Thanks for the great experience!

Came here after reading all the great Google reviews. Best dealership I've ever been to. Everyone is extremely enthusiastic. Always was assisted the second I walked in. Very positive environment. Made me feel very welcoming and taken care of on every aspect.
Big shout-out to Nick, Adam and Robin! The services they provided are beyond extraordinary. They are all very helpful and patient with me, really took the time and efforts to try to the perfect car I need and made the whole experience hassle free. Super professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles.

What a friendly environment this place has. Everyone is very approachable and makes sure that every customer is being assisted. My dad and I had an awesome time browsing around, and got even better when Chan helped us out! My dad knew exactly what he wanted, and Chan definitely gave us all the things we needed. Easiest and the most hassle free deal we've ever made. Thank you to the Crown team for helping my dad get his Pathfinder! I'd recommend this place to all my friends and family! Keep it up you guys!

I bought a Chevrolet Sonic from Crown Toyota. I went there on a year end sales event. It was busy that day but they still gave me an impeccable service. Chan, his assistant and Kylie helped me in choosing the best car for my needs. I got the same treatment when I went there to pick up my car. The car itself is amazing. I'm very glad that I bought my car from this dealership. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to buy a car from them.

We really enjoyed the experience of buying our 4Runner from Crown Toyota. Mark patiently spent the time answering questions and discussing options to make sure we got the right vehicle for our family. The whole process was so positive that I sent my in-laws to Mark so they could buy their next vehicle from him - which they did - a Rav4. The follow-up service and attention to detail has been excellent! Job well done Mark and Crown Toyota!!

I'm glad I listened to my friend and came to crown toyota for my first car. Nick was very helpful in deciding which car would suit me the best and he was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. He was able to give me a great deal as well! Highly recommend seeing him if needing help deciding which car to go with.

The services provided by Crown Toyota for our family was exceptional. The staff was friendly and welcoming the entire time. Much thanks to Adam and Robin for providing us with excellent service, especially service in Mandarin! Adam helped us get a great deal out of a 2017 Sienna, and Robin provided us with a detailed overview of our newly purchased vehicle. We appreciate Adam and Robin's service greatly. Overall, the service by Crown Toyota was excellent; Adam and Robin are highly recommended if you have any inquiries, especially if you prefer Mandarin services!

Ron was the best help one can get. From the moment we walked in he gave us A+ service. Without his great service we wouldn't have driven away with a brand new Tacoma. I received great service from beginning to end. I definitely recommend seeing him for your next vehicle!

Chan was an amazing sales rep. Found a vehicle that perfectly fits my needs for an awesome price. We did had some issues with my buyout for my previous vehicle but he somehow managed to make pricing work. I would recommend him to anyone looking for not only Toyota but any other brand of vehicles.

My experience at Crown Toyota is definitely worth posting about. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect, and never felt like just another customer. Chan was amazing, got me set up with a test drive within minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable in the vehicle I was interested in and made sure to show me all of the features offered. This dealership was top notch! Chan went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. Jordan Day did a great job giving me options on financing the car it was so quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Chan Paranaque to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.
