Grant Cobb is one of the best Service Managers I've met; he takes care of business and looks out for his customers' best interests. Steve is one of the best Service Advisers I've met; he knows what he's doing and offers honest no-nonsense advise. Well done, gentlemen!
Went there today looking for a car. I had to track down a sales associate as no one greeted us. Went to the reception desk and asked for someone to help us. We told the salesman what price range and vehicle we were looking for. He showed us to his deskput a piece of paper in front of us and went back to the reception desk. The closest pricing to what we wanted was 3 grand more. We left and no one seemed to notice. It appears that mcphillips is only interested in high end customers. I would not recommend them.
I had very great experience with McPhillips Toyota in Winnipeg. Carter, the guy who did a great job to find the vehicle which I was looking for, is very professional and easy going person. I was pleasure for me to work with him, everything was so clear to understand(it was my first experience with car) and fast. It took me 2 days to signed all papers and went home on my new car. Carter, thank you so much, and thank you McPhillips Toyota for your service.

I’ve been dealing with Messiah at McPhillips Toyota for a few years now. He’s been extremely helpful and friendly on each of my visits. I appreciate how he always takes time to explain my different options and what would best suit me. Thanks!!
I have been dealing with McPhillips Toyota now since 2008, my Toyota has not needed a lot of service, as I do my own mechanical work. However, the staff in Parts and Service are exceptional ! I always look for my favorite parts salesman, as he always gives me the best prices (even better than jobbers) on the items i require to maintain my car. The service department is outstanding, the Gentleman that greets you in the service entrance is so knowledgeable about vehicles and can sometimes help you right on the spot with simple things that don't seem obvious at first. Also they go out of their way to help the mechanically inclined customer find and source special tooling to get the job done all i can say is McPhillips Toyota is the place. Go nowhere else. If you own any brand of car, and especially if you own a Toyota, you'd be very hard pressed to find the blend of best customer service, best parts, best service advice, and best finished service work in this Province. Hands Down the best.
I had a horrible experience! A sales manager yelled at me and was rude to my 9 year old daughter, violently threw my keys at me and tried to kick me out because I asked a simple question "how much longer would we be" as it was my daughter's birthday. May I add, I told the salesperson that it was her birthday in advance and that it was not a good day to come in- I was told I would be "in and out in an hour." This was our second trip and 5th hour (in two visits) in the dealership. I felt violated, disrespected and discriminated against on many levels as the man who treated me this way did so after merely looking at me. Did not even introduce himself. I made a complaint and no one cared. They said they would take it to the owner, almost a week later I heard nothing. Do not come to this dealership unless you want to be verbally and almost physically assaulted with your own keys!!!
Qiuck and effcient service. Dealer was able to answer all my questions and find me a vehicle perfect for me, even though i went in half an hour before closing time
My husband and I just bought a 2013 Toyota Highlander from Mcphillips Toyota. I could not have asked for a better experience. None of this back and forth business that most dealerships do with negotiations. Quick and painless process. Much thanks to Carter and Maribel for helping us with this purchase. We are VERY VERY happy with our new car! Cleaned to perfection, nice staff, quick service!
Great Experience. Recently bought a RAV4 and this is my third vehicle purchased through McPhillips Toyota. The staff in all areas of the dealership are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Five stars all around!
Once they have the sale - they will treat you like garbage
After being treated like garbage here - I went to the other dealer for my new car.
Was treated way better by the other dealer and got a massively better price.
If you are buying a Toyota - just go to one of the other dealerships.
Hi everyone whoever looking for financing car please don't apply with dealerships.
The information in website it doesn't have facts
The only thing is at first the they thanks customer for applying with them and then they make customers wait long time and provide with negative results
The dealership goal is collect all personal Information and keep personal information.
They are thirsty of credit application and collection of personal Information.
Over all they provide good customer service expensive products and waste time.
I won't be able to recommend to others as I don't receive good service and honesty according to what i study about mcphiliip Toyota.
When contacting sales manger.

A wonderful new building, with a wonderful drive in service bay. That is so important to me on a cold day.
The staff and sales crew are very professional. No pressure, but helpful and informed.
Here is the experience I had recently with one of the saleman at the dealership. They had a Sienna limited on the lot that someone ordered but wasn't picking it up. I am looking for a Sienna Limited therefore I suggested that if this person does not buy this particular Sienna to let me know. They did let me know. I went over to the dealership to view the vehicle and test drive it. This was on Monday evening. We both agreed that I will be coming back on Thursday to finalize the deal. I come on Thursday and see outside the van with a sold sign. The salesman is not there so I wait for him. He eventually comes back and tells me that the van is sold. I questioned how come? We were supposed to make a deal on today. I was also trading in my sienna which is an older model. He replied "You knew it would sell". No, I did not know because we had a mutual understanding that Thursday I was coming by to finalize the deal. If there was another person that was interested the salesman should have let me know. He should have communicated to the other buyer saying that there is someone else interested and if they don't buy it by Thursday end of the day then the other buyer can have it. I believe that's only fair. I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated. I own 3 Toyota's, Sienna, Tundra and Matrix and always bring my vehicles for service there. In addition, as I was leaving sales car manager commented out loud that they will re appraise my Sienna the one I was thinking of trading in since I am not committing to ordering a new Sienna from them the same evening that is supposed to arrive at the dealership in May. What a punishment! They are extremely pleasant and nice when they talk to you but there is no morals or trust. It's strictly business. Noone cares about a customer. When I think about their mission statement it's a lie. At least that's my experience. Does not matter how or to whom they sell it as long as the numbers are right for the month. Good luck buying.
I recently purchased my second Toyota from this great dealership. Five Star treatment throughout the process of purchasing. I know from past experience that their service is just as high a caliber. I will be back for anotherand I highly recommend them!
When we visited McPhilips TOYOTA, we were welcome by a friendly sales staff, he immediately introduce himself and made us very comfortable.
He explains things very clearly and was able to answer all our questions with confident. We will definitely recommend MARK BANAAG to our friends and families. ONE awesome sales person you have there. Toyota is so lucky to have him. Excellent experience!
