Siming was professional and very helpful. I bought a vehicle which I had to take back 2 days after purchase to investigate check engine light. Hopefully it's nothing but a glitch like i was told. Also the finance person was great to deal with no pressure during the entire process except for the warranty part (bought used 2014) but I'm glad i did for peace of mind just in case. Didn't care for the sales manage however I didn't talk to until after I had the problem he came across as being too busy even after the fact I just spent 25k on a vehicle

Siming "A Salesman with excellent professional work ethics". Thank you for being patient and courteous with me at all times. Being a Senior and a widow It took me a few months to choose the car and make the big decision when to purchase it. I love my 2017 Classic VW Beetle and my family is very pleased with my choice.

I have purchased a couple vehicles from Siming over the last couple years. I had a great experience there he was very helpful, and friendly. Most definitely would go back there for next vehicle purchase. The finance manager Brendan was also great to deal with very helpful, and friendly to. I didn't feel pressured there at all over the whole experience.

Purchased my new vehicle here about 3 months ago. Siming Wang was patient and very helpful. The rest of the team are also fantastic. I'm happy with the service every time I visit and I definitely recommend to anyone I speak to.

We've had a fantastic experience dealing with Steve H on the sales side of things. He made us feel very welcome and at home in a low-pressure environment. I've also had good dealings with the service department here.

Great Service! I arrived after hours to see if I could have a headlight replaced. The Owner went out of his way to get a tech to replace BOTH of my headlights and then proceeded to wash my car. Amazing customer service, 100% recommended. Thanks again

First time customer at this dealership. Steve was awesome and made it feel almost like we were a team buying a car. It was a truly unique experience, there was never any pressure to commit and none of that typical car sales guy pressure. Highly recommend anyone looking for a car to check out this dealership, even if VW is not something you had on your list, you might be surprised. I held off on making this review until I had some experience dealing with service at the dealership and again was very pleased with the amazing customer service there.

From their friendly and helpful salespeople to their qualified and superb services staff, everyone I've had contact with at St. James Volkswagen Audi has been amazing to deal with. Things are done on time and within prices estimates, and trading in our old vehicle for a new lease was a struggle-free process. I'd highly recommend this dealership.
