Fine for an overnight stay in a pinch, TV works and has free WiFi and front desk lady was great. However, desperately needs to be fully renovated, and beware, room did not have AC. Good location though.

I have been coming to the Cozy Court on an annual basis since 2002. The rooms that I have been in are clean. I have been on the upper floor every time. TV and Wi-Fi is good. I have a mini Fridge coffeemaker and microwave in the room. The front clerk was very friendly. There is lots of parking and many restaurants within walking distance. Cozy Court is not a Hilton but you are not paying the same amount as a Hilton. I will be back next year.

No outlets in the room. Had to unplug the fridge. Also, bed sags towards the middle. Couldn't sleep. Loud other guests checked in after midnight. Walls paper thin.

For a low budget motel, it did the job. Yes it was dated, Yes the bed sucked. Wi-fi worked fine in room 26. With little option for hotels in Sechelt, this one was just fine for the price of 80 plus tax in March 2017. I would stay here again, and recommend it to others.

HORRIBLE PLACE! shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor, wifi was just plain terrible, room was not clean at all, there were spider webs everywhere and mold. barely any outlets to charge electronics. room seems old & outdated, blanket smells bad & worn out. AND no blow dryer/shampoo & soap. you do not get what you pay for, stay away. i had also received two big bug bites from the bed i had slept in the motel.
