  Rude rude rude the staff are self absorbed and completely ignored my wife and I as we walked through the shop! Were we not dressed properly? Are sales just too good? Their website quotes one of the owners..Andrew Brock, ? as saying " we want every person who comes in the door to be a friend for life"..Ha ha ha. Is this how you make friends?

  Some beautiful couches, but pricy. The yuppie 35 year old Club Monico lookin dude (with slick back hair) is a dick. He couldn't care about anything less than casually reorganizing his fabric book. He treated me like I didn't exist.. and I was the only person in the room with him (lol). There was however one nice lady upstairs (with slighty reddish hair), who actually acknowledged me after being their for 20 minutes. But Club Monico dude ruined it for me. Won't come back.

  Country furniture has some unusual pieces at relatively high prices; the reason for minus 1 star. I bought a couple of custom made sofas which arrived a few months later after being manufactured to order locally. The sofas are great and the delivery guys really cared about delivering them to the correct room without a scratch.

  My husband and I visited the store today. 3 sales people were behind the counter, not one acknowledged us. We sat on the Paris Bed, opened the storage and sat on the bed.still no one came to help us.
  We walked downstairs and were greeted by a nice guy. Not sure why these 3 women could not take a moment to ask if we needed help. Took the bed brochure and left. Obviously they did not need or want our business. Very disappointing!!!
