From beginning to end, Coulters provided exceptional service! The quality of our new dining room set is second to none! We are absolutely thrilled with our new furniture. A big shout out to Maria for her exceptional service as well as providing excellent decorating guidance and support.

We are extremely pleased with Coulter’s Furniture. Our experiences have all been very positive. Maria has helped us in so many ways. Home decorating has never been my area of expertise, and she has been so extremely helpful with her advice, patience and genuine caring.
Our furniture was delivered today, and our delivery team were very professional, and respectful of our home.
My experience with the administrative team both in the store and on the phone were positive and timely.
Meeting Maria when we first visited the store was our good fortune, and I will recommend Coulter’s Furniture to my family and friends and definitely want them to deal with Maria.response / report this review -

SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!!!!!! From the minute we walked into the unbelievable showroom we were made to feel so comfortable. Our salesperson Linda approached us gave us an idea of the layout of the store and then let us shop, exactly what we wanted. No hovering stupid questions or silly small talk. We were free to explore the store on our own without any pressure. She greeted us again as we made our way back and was more than happy to assist us in our buying decision. Our furniture was delivered today by two of the nicest delivery guys ever!!! So conscientious and polite with attention and concern for our property and new purchase while at the same time letting us know the company policy for protecting floors etc The whole experience was 5 star. They made spending money fun! We will definitely return and we will definitely recommend. No more big box stores for us. And we really do like the idea that they are closed Sunday to allow the staff to enjoy time with their families, speaks volumes for the store!

Absoultly LOVE Coulter's Furniture!! They have the largest selection in Windsor and the best cutomer service around. I started shopping with them after my basement flood back in September. I purchased all Canadian made products, and boy what a difference in quality! No one else around compares! I found Coulter's prices to be the best compared to the others i shopped around with. Cant wait to purchase more with them! Highly recommended!!!

We had such an amazing experience with Coulter's. When you shop with Coulter's they provide you with an Interior Decorator that will work with the exact layout, and floor plan of your home. We shopped with Tim he was so Great! He spent the time, and listened to all of our wants and needs. - he genuinely cared about all of our concerns. He matched our style and decor taste to a "T". We had such a good experience with Tim, we furnished our entire main floor with furniture from Coulter's. They have an amazing selection of furniture that doesn't even compare to other furniture stores in the Windsor area. An added bonus is that we were able customize fabrics, and different styles on alot of our furniture, creating truly unique pieces for our home. Coulter's frequently offers a "No Tax" incentive, we shopped on these days and saved a ton of money. They also offer a great financing program if you require it and free delivery that is prompt and effeccient. We will definitely be back to shop at Coulter's again when it comes time to furnish our basement. Thanks so much for all your time and attention to detail.

Beautiful showroom, great customer service, affordable quality furniture! Special thanks to Maria Kozmor, one of the best interior designers in the area who spent a lot of time with me to choose the perfect living room furniture. I would highly recommend Coulter's to everyone!

Awesome customer service! So pleased with my sofa purchase and it arrived super fast. Staff was very helpful! I definitely think this is the best place in Windsor for furniture if you're looking for quality and good prices.

I wish I never went there bought a mattress from them paid for brand new mattress got the one from the floor I will never step a foot in that store again do not trust them.

Coulter's Furniture has expanded a lot over the years. I have always found them to have a wide selection of quality furniture. Currently we are waiting delivery of our latest purchase. Staff are friendly and helpful without being "pesty". :)

We spent a lot of money on a sofa and love seat. They went a month beyond the 8 week delivery. We cancelled and lost $300.00 dollars of our deposit and they made no effort to make it better. Worst experience in after sales ever from sales person to owner.
