I give it a 1 star for the owner she is a b and the general manager is a b too rest of the staff are amazing here for over a week and today the owner was being a b well I was waiting to get money to pay for the last two night she said she was calling the Rcmp on me for what I don't know maybe she's over her self to much 😂

Staff is very friendly, and the pool is great! And the hotel is close to the airport. This is a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Service was great. Room was clean. No issues with other guests or being woken by excessive noise. I also enjoyed breakfast. I wish all of my hotel experiences were this good.

Absolutely the best stay on our 8 day trip. Upgraded to a suite with bubble tub. Room was a good size. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge and large tv all included in room. Breakfast was fair, just enough to get you going in the morning with lots of good tasting coffee. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A must stay for a relaxing night. Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever. We planned to stay here after driving back from Banff on August Long Weekend. We held the room with a credit card at the time of booking but no one told us that you'd need a credit card to 'hold' the room again once we arrived at the hotel as a deposit. We arrived at 1.30 in morning and had our three children with us. Still 3 hours away from home; we asked if we could just pay in full up front (including the extra amount for the deposit) because we'd left our credit cards at home and there was nowhere else to go and it was nearly 2am. We were told that a credit card was needed in order to produce a room number. Since we were unable to provide that we were told that our only option was to leave. I understand that the system works in a specific way; but to make customers leave at 2am with three children in tow is not only completely unacceptable but also terrible customer service. We ended up having to sleep on the side of the road. The CEO of the hotel will be receiving a call from us, as will local press. Absolutely, completely disgusted at how night staff were unwilling to find a solution and would prefer turning customers with children out on the street. Don't stay here.

Best staff, I had booked through a third party website, when I arrived the front desk staff cancelled it and got me a better room at a better price! Wow!

The staff were great. The pool was decent but the sauna needed a few new floorboards. Our room was nice and clean except the tub was half full of water when we arrived-so strange. It was clean water at least. All in all it was a good stay.

Great roomsvery clean! Excellent staff at the front desk. Very accomodating ! Very nice facility overall! Vehicle plug ins a real bonus in the frigid weather!
