I walked into clarkdale looking for a sales and Ricky approached me with a friendly smile when I first walked in. I was looking for a 2018 Tiguan for work and Ricky helped me a lot by going through all the options and functions while on the test drive. Very courteous gentleman. We sat down and got down and finished the deal in no time and he also got it all under my company name as well. One thing I liked is he was there even for the delivery to make sure everything ran smoothly as possible.

Ricky the sales consultant was the best and got me the car I wanted and the perfect colour. I just moved to the city so I'm new to everything and he took care of my mom and I while we were here. I got my perfect car now a 2016 tiguan in white which was what I wanted the most. Thanks Clarkdale!!

Had a wonderful experience dealing with Ricky Poon. He was always available to answer any questions, was never impatient and did not pressure me into anything. He worked really hard to find the vehicle I wanted due to the high demand and I appreciate that. Also shoutout to Trevor for helping me with the trade in and the loaner vehicle. I definitely recommend dealing with Ricky and the manager Trevor at Clarkdale.

I had a great experience at Clarkdale with my sales guy Devin. I was in a time crunch to get in a new vehicle and the process was painless and quick. I was able to physically see all the vehicles that fit my preferences and the main goal of Devin was to put me into a vehicle that fit my budget and needs, as he was not pushing me to the next level trim level if I didn't feel 100% right about it.

The vehicle was prepped quickly and I received a thorough demo of all the options I had on my 2018 Atlas R-Line before I drove off the lot.

I'm 100% satisfied with my experience at Clarkdale.

i have to say that after years of never going to dealerships to get my vehicle serviced, I thought I was doing myself a favour by trying to save a few bucks, but then I met Troy and my opinions changed.

I actually met Troy at a BMW dealership before I got my Jetta and coincidentally we would cross paths again. His level of service was so excellent that I remembered his name, after only meeting twice, 18 months later.

Troy takes a real sense of pride behind his work and goes above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met and that my service gets squeezed in with my chaotic schedule. I use my car for work, therefore Troy makes it a point to make things happen for me.

I just got my vehicle serviced again today, and so I just wanted to say thank you Troy. I could go to any VW dealer but I come back to Clarkdale for you and your high level of customer service.

Was waiting for the new 2018 Tiguan to come out. Put a reservation down online and within minutes was on the phone with Ricky Poon. Was able to get my exact trim line reserved even after I flip flopped on color and the 3rd row seat option. There was a slight issue with one of my tires due to a issue seating the rim protectors but it was resolved quickly and at no extra charge. Overall a great experience in the purchase of a new and awesome wheels! Fast and efficient customer service 10 / 10

Well that was easy Buying a car can be a super stressful experience, but buying my Golf Sportwagon Alltracks sure went smoothly with these guys. They represented the opposite of a high pressure sales environment. Not slick, let the product speak for itself and be fair - that's what I want when I buy a car and that's what I got. Oswald, the sales lead, and Cindy, the business manager, were really great people who helped us through all the decision making. Thanks guys - we're loving our new wheels!

I was very pleased recently to purchase my first Volkswagen from Mike at Clarkdale. Though I had a fairly good idea of what I wanted and what vehicles might suit my needs based on web research, Mike was able to show me a low-mileage vehicle I had overlooked in the inventory that addressed the priorities I had identified for my car purchase. The service I received from everyone at Clarkdale was friendly, personal and attentive and I feel confident I will be well taken care of when I go back for service. I would recommend Clarkdale to anyone considering the purchase of a new or used Volkswagen.

Just purchased my first ever VW through Kong Vu at Clarkdale and am happy to write a review complimenting his efforts. I wanted a somewhat difficult to find model and spec and he persevered through a fairly protracted couple of months of sourcing, shipping etc. to find me the exact car I was looking for. Negotiations were open and fair and I always felt he was endeavouring to arrive at the best possible deal on my behalf. This despite my local dealer (North Shore) being unwilling to be flexible or, frankly, even come to the negotiating table.

Always pleasant and available to answer questions as well as being a patient and all-round nice guy. Thanks Kong, if the car performs as well as you did I'll be one happy customer.

I've been bringing my R here for service ever since I moved out from Ontario. Had it in twice now, once for the annual service and once for a provincial inspection/windshield replacement (thanks, Alberta). Also of note, they're one of the few places that have the equipment to align the cameras used for the lane assist system (which they happily repaired for me under warranty).

The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the service advisors will text instead of calling upon request, which is amazing if you're in and out of meetings all day.

Prices quoted for service seem a bit higher than some other dealerships, but the level of service and professionalism makes up for it given the experiences I've had with some places in the past.

Very happy thus far, and I'll probably continue to bring my car there for the duration of the lease.

Clarkdale is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. From the moment I walked into the dealership in bike clothing ( not looking like a prospect) to the moment I drove off with my car I was treated exceptionally well by friendly efficient and helpful people.

The car I wanted a manual shift late model golf with a sunroof.

The salesman Jordan Hicks told me the car I wanted was as rare as a unicorn. But he did not pressure me into something I did not want. Nor did he write me off. Instead he kept his eyes open and found me the car I wanted and was willing to go to bat to negotiate a price within my budget.

The rest of the staff are also very helpful and efficient from people that sold me my snow tires to the service department, The guy who showed me how to work the car for a drive off and the back office people that processed the transaction.

I understand the dealership is family owned and The approach taken by all the staff shows a culture of good customer service.
