Staff was helpful and answered any questions I had. Vet was super quick with shots and giving prescriptions. Already have my rescue dog coming here and now my other puppy loves him too!

Brought my kitten to Central City for the first time today and I am impressed!! They are so friendly and helpful and actually seem to enjoy their job. The doctor was really helpful and answered all my questions and gave me some useful tips.

Vet is excellent! We take our cat and two dogs to him. The staff are courteous, kind, and professional. Would recommend them for sure.

We've taken all three of our dogs to this vet since we got our second dog in 2014. The prices are very reasonable, what would have been a $450 spay + blood panel was $200 (including tattooing and flea treatment). Our old dog used to have a recurring skin problem, which only took one treatment to heal once it was prescribed here. When my older dog was passing away, I was all the way downtown and my sisters were home alone with him, no car or any means of getting him to a vet, and the staff there instructed them over the phone on how to keep him calm and take care of him until I was able to get back to Burnaby. By the time I got home, they had closed, but they gave me a list of emergency hospitals, and texted me a copy of his medical history for the new vet. Excellent service.

This vet gave our cat medication to combat an infection but was considered by a vet eye specialist to have been four times the safe dosage limit. Our cat is now blind as a result. Have made a complaint with the college of vet medicine and am planning to sue this vet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VET!!

We have two dogs who get into a bunch of trouble. The vets here are reasonably priced, don't mess you around, and genuinely care about your pet. If we bring one dog in, the vet will usually have a quick look at the other one to check on them.

These guys are helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable. Their rates are fair and they take really good care of your pet. Open more hours than any other vet I know. Highly recommend taking your pet here.
