I don't know why animal lovers continue to go here when they are RISKING one of their family members' LIFE! If I could give it zero stars I would but One star is the minimum. Another unnecessary DEATH of a dog happened 25 November 2017 at the hands of the vets at this clinic for teeth cleaning. The dog had 14 FOURTEEN of its teeth pulled!!!!! please don't go here if you love your pets.

Avoid at all cost. This clinic is nothing short of a disaster with the real possibility of losing your beloved pet due to utter incompetence.
    Avoid avoid avoid.

Animal hospital i would recommend! Staff members are a bit lay back but they do get things done. my dog got his laser neuter surgery here. results is good. i took him here just few days ago for a few dog yearly vaccines. Price is very reasonable. I just realized the former animal hospital i visit on boundary road charged me double price on the same shots. Plus point, the doctor proved free examination for the animal for yearly vaccines.

I really enjoy coming to this Animal Hospital! The veterinarians were very compassionate and we're willing to take their time with examination and look at different possibilities besides surgery. I never felt rushed or like they were trying to take advantage of the situation. They are gentle and kind and willing to do whatever they could to help provide the right kind of service for a great price! I definitely felt like my pet was in the best of hands and I'm so grateful for their service.

Excellent service, saved my dog twice from imminent death. Then, when it came time to put her down, the vet did a great job and was very gentle and comforting. Financially, it is very affordable and they never charged for overnight stay as other places do. I miss this clinic cause I moved away. Thanks for the service!!

My dog passed away at home. I had no other option but to take her body there as it was late at night on a long weekend.
We paid for a private cremation and urn. We were told it would be one week, and would call us when her remains were ready. We waited 2 and a half weeks until we called for an update. The have had her remains the WHOLE time. No phone call or notification. They were unapologetic and seemed to not understand what we were saying. I will never go back there. I would rather pay an outrages bill

Extremely poor service for cats. The front staff barely knew anything, didn't give any information, or couldn't give any proper information. Was reading everything off of a computer and couldn't answer any new questions or problems. Don't go here. These guys will get the job done by the bare minimum.

Worst experience. The front desk guy should learn how to be a bit more friendly to paying customers. The dr himself said he was unauthorized to tell us why they did surgery on our dog?? That it was "just a lump" and to not worry. Luckily the medication had instructions or we wouldn't of known what to do. Our dogs stitch up is the worst possible job. He can't walk because the skin itself is bunched up and sowed together and is terrified to have anything or anyone now come close to him.. We are taking our 10 week old pup to another vet and dealing with it on a higher level. Absolutely the worst place the take your pet for any serious matter. They want your $ that's it!

We have gone to Atlas 3 times now with excellent results. The first time was with a dog nobody else would spay because she had a heart condition. Every other vet we contacted (~10) said they would not spay her until she received a $7000 heart operation which was just not in our budget.

Most recently, we had a quote for $2100 from our local vet. Atlas did the same work for $500.

They are matter of fact, without expensive bells and whistles, and their medications are not astronomical. We will definitely use Atlas again.

When I took my dog here, and tried to explain his situation to the doctor (about what he eat and what may cause the diarrhea), the doctor interrupted me and didn't seem like he want to know anything about it. He asked me to LEAVE MY DOG AT THERE FOR 24 HRS. "For the test", he said. Sorry, I don't want my dog to be an experimental object. Also, when my dog first meet the doctor he acted calm and nice. But the doctor was rude and didn't show any kindness to my dog, so he started barking. The doctor was so scared and called a man looks like security, tried to put the muzzle on my dog. (Finally I put it on because my dog was so scared and they couldn't do it). Anyway, the doctor here is not professional at all and doesn't like dogs. I will never come back to this place for the rest of my life.

The receptionist could use a lesson in being mannerly and accommodating. Paying customers don't pay for Infantile behavior.

Dr. Kumar and his assistant were very caring and are also attentive to my cat's needs (I brought him in due to an emergency at 4 am). After seeing the care that they were providing for my cat, I felt more assured and comfortable leaving him in their care while my cat was recovering.

Not fancy, but they have taken very good care of my pets for a long time and they are always willing to take the time to fully explain my options, it's not just about the money. Reasonable pricing allowing you to take the best care of your furry friends.

We have used Atlas Animal Hospital for over three years and we consider this to be an excellent veterinarian hospital. They have vetted well over 100 dogs for our Society through this vet hospital. We have brought many of our sick dogs with varying diseases and conditions to them. The care has been excellent, the front staff is organized and polite. .We continue to stand by this vets. We appreciate there are some who like trash them, but we think they are stellar. We just need to figure out how to 'weight' our experience on Google Review. Because truly our's is an honest overview of almost 100 dogs whose care with this vet has been wonderful.

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before taking my senior cat here after discovering a puncture wound on his shoulder. They were helpful and tried their best to ensure my cat was comfortable after his surgery. Maybe I just got a good vet after all they have 2 vets on the floor at any time and 12 vets work there. I'd totally take my cat back if he needed surgery. That won't be happening though as Ill be building him a safe cat enclosure around the outside of the house.
