Staff were friendly and extremely helpful in guiding us to our seat location and providing show information. The hotel is tastefully decorated with a rustic feel to it. I have been to the hotel several times utilizing their banquet facilities however this was my first time seeing a concert. I can see what all the fuss is about because it was a great venue to see a show! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.
Beautiful is the word for it. However it is pricey compared to similar places but then it is the only one of its kind in this region so I guess one can let the prices pass. Excellent service, the buffets at the restaurant are fabulous. The slot machine range is wide. Rating it 4-star because it lacks many of the programs that other casinos have for non players or visitors.
Loved it! Great all season place to visit. Very classy! Casino not so in your face as the ones in Niagara Falls and not noisy either. Nicely laid out, free drinks (soft, tea coffee bottled water). Relaxing, fun and no need to gamble at all if you don't want to but equally hours of fun can be had on low cost slots.
Then we come to excellent service from first services and THE BUFFET restaurant which was just fantastic! Super super value for money.
Smart hotel adjoining too to really make it a great mini break.
Just one of my superb plates of food, maple dressed salmon with Mediterranean accompaniments
Went to the casino for a show. We arrived early so thought we'd grab a bite all restaurants had a 2-2.5 hour wait. The only fast food there was Tim Horton with yet another hour long line. The casino needs to improve their dining experience. Especially since they host so many shows and concerts. It's not practical at all for eating.
Beautiful hotel and resort complex. Well done. Ate at Cedar restaurant. Food was good. They were busy so service could have been better but was good as well.
We were at Casino Rama for a dinner gathering. The service was excellent. They were very friendly and accommodating. The food was quite good and served in a reasonable time. The cost was reasonable and it was a pleasant atmosphere. Overall very good experience.
This is a review of the event/show venue. We've been to a few events (mostly stand up comedy shows) here and there are positives and negatives. We've always been able to find parking and the sound quality is great inside the venue. The two big screens are very helpful when siting towards the side and/or back. The biggest negative is how uncomfortable the seats are. I am 5'5'' and there is barely any room for my legs. In addition to the leg room issue, the seats are quite stiff, especially the back. I hope they do a reno of this space and put in comfortable seating.
I always very happy with my stay whenever I go to Casino Rama for the night. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and very accessible for everyone. The new buffet is great, with lots of wonderful food choices, and Weirs is one of our favourites for breakfast. Always a great place to get away for a day or two.
Casino Rama is a fun place to go. There are a great number of restaurants to choose from, but they are often busy on weekends and show nights, so make sure you give yourself lots of time to eat. There are many slot machines and they you're then fairly regularly. The shows are great. If you have a players card at the casino you can earn free shows pretty quickly.
Buffet and Willow restaurant currently undergoing renovations so Foosball options were exceptionally crowded. Waited 15 minutes in line for Tim Hortons to be told they weren't serving food because they were too backed up. I know they're new but they should have been better prepared and at least made an announcement to everyone waiting in line so we wouldn't have wasted our time. Saw a concert and that part was fairly well organized. The ushers were the most helpful I've ever encountered at any concert venue. After we ate at another restaurant and the service was quick despite how busy it was and the staff were friendly and courteous.
