Ridiculously long wait times. Might as well have gone to Emerg. Had 2 other people before me. Stayed for 1.5 hours in the room waiting. They call up 5 people to rooms and make you wait in there. Noticed they skip people in order. Doesn’t matter when you come in, you’re not gunna get your turn when you think. Do not recommend this place AT ALL.

Terrible, rude and not helpful receptionist. Physician was passive and not thorough on anything. Was rushed out as soon as possible. Would recommend a different walk in.

Quick and dirty. Rude doctors and stressed staff but it's all the same when you get seen right off and don't have to wait hours. I'd go again. Don't expect anyone to care about your feelings lol

Stay far away from this clinic. I've had multiple issues with this clinic and only use it when I need medication quickly and can't wait for my family doctor.
They do NOT listen to you. They are very judgemental and quite frankly shouldn't have their medical licenses.
I knew my son had an ear infection so I went to this clinic to get antibiotics. The doctor was very cold and rude and not to mention had to Google symptoms of an ear infection.
My husband took my other son in the next day because of an ear infection which the doctor said he did not have and said he was just very sick and to dose him with advil and Tylenol until he was better. Well, a day later my son's ear started discharging from the suspected infection this 'qualified' doctor said he did not have. I'm a very patient and forgiving person as I know everyone is human and makes mistakes but this is completely unacceptable. Please don't come here! As tempting as it is to go to a clinic with no wait time; there is a reason for it.

DO NOT COME HERE. The receptionist was cold and not polite, the doctor was absolutely rude and condescending. Absolute worst experience. I brought my 3 year old because she was sent home with a fever from daycare, she had been sick for going on two weeks. the doctor did nothing but indirectly tell me everything I was doing was wrong and that if I had been giving her saline she wouldn't be sick right now. She has a cough and a fever, and when I tried to tell her about her medical history she wouldn't even let me talk. Made me feel completely aweful and I am sickened by the disrespect. I went to another doctor and they confirmed what I had been doing to keep her fever down was right (was also given written instructions form the hospital). Her degree is garbage just a like her attitude. Go somewhere else!!!!!

This clinic is not centred around patient care.

$$$$40.00 FOR A MEDICAL NOTE! Double the cost of the average doctors note. The average cost at walk in clinics or at LHSC (hospitals) is $20.00 per medical note. If you're looking for a clinic that will care for your medical needs, and provide you with timely health care and reasonable pricing, keep looking.
If you're looking to waste your time and your money this clinic is just for you.

DO NOT come here. This is not medical care in any way. My son was so sick that the doctor spent roughly sixty seconds and ushered us out the door telling us it was just a cold. Remember when it comes to billing, the smart doctor bills more than one minute. Within 24 hours, my son had hearing problems, a raging fever and loss of appetite. We decided to take him to an urgent care facility in the United States where he was immediately put on several antibiotics to not only treat a very serious ear and throat infection but the infection had spread to his eye. I have nothing but disgust for this so called doctor. You want to go to a "doctor" where there is no wait, this is the place. No one's here for a reason.

I had an excellent experience here. The service was very quick, but more importantly it was very kind and polite. Both the receptionist and the doctor were very nice and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I didn't feel like I was rushed in and out like at other clinics, but that they really gave me the time and attention to address my needs. Will definitely go back if I need it again! :)
