Excellent dealership. Everyone I encountered at Lindsay Buick was pleasant, kind, and helpful. They bent over backwards to assist me, and then when we actually made a purchase and everything was completed, they still went way beyond any dealership I have ever encountered before. They weren't in a hurry to get rid of me & my family. I want to especially thank Dan, who went over every piece of paperwork with me, went over every detail of my new SUV with me..absolutely made sure that I was confident that I had made the right choice & was confident about the vehicle! The sales staff here weren't pushy or arrogant..they were there to assist you. And they did exactly that. If I ever need another vehicle in the future, I will definitely be giving Dan a call at Lindsay Buick..and we live about 3 hours away! Customer service & satisfaction is definitely at the top of their list! Thanks gentlemen & ladies at Lindsay Buick!

It was an extensive process to diagnose the concern but the staff completely understood the issue and I was not inconvenienced with a take it and try it approach. The car was fixed right the first time and I was kept informed of the progress. It is the attention to customer service that makes me return to this dealership.

Every time we go here we are treated extremely well. I have been to many different dealerships over the years and this one stands out above any. We have GM, Dodge and Nissan vehicles and take them all there for service. Moving forward, we'll only buy GM. We primarily deal with Luke in service and he's one of a kind, although it seems like everyone else goes out of their way to do little things to show they appreciate our service too. Lori helped us with our latest purchase and made it as easy as could be. Honestly, check them out. What a professionally run business with tremendous customer service and attention to detail.

I am happy that my vehicle is fixed, however a little upset that the service guy tried to say that the repair was not covered. the repair was covered once he checked into it..

I had a great experience during my last visit. Diagnosed a problem with my air bag system, which was fully covered by my warranty. Staff are very supportive and knowledgeable about their product.

The last time I was in Lindsay Buick service was for an oil change. The receptionist was very friendly and had a smile on her face. The work was done when I arrived to pick up my truck just like they said it would be and I didnt have to wait. So my experience was so good I recommended Lindsay Buick to my mother to have her service done.

Recently, I took my truck in for service and the day I thought I was to be taking my truck in for such service I had received a text message to remind me of my service appointment for the following day. In my calendar, I had written it was to be that very day I received my reminder text message. I called the Service Department and Dave assisted in rescheduling and managed to squeeze my truck in for service that very day and at the same time. I arrived at the Service Bay and thoughts were that I was a day early, but they soon saw that I had been rescheduled. A BIG THANK YOU to the Service Elf (Andrew) who made their magic happen! I have always received wonderful customer service when having my truck serviced and appreciate the Service Team at Lindsay Buick!
