  Maybe the best collision repair in Nanaimo. They are courteous, efficient and professional all around. The shop is clean, spacious and inviting. When in need be sure to get a quote from them.

  Great service and very friendly staff! I was rear ended and had to have my car repaired. It was a tricky situation with my alberta insurance expiring while I was sorting everything out. They gave me multiple rides to and from the shop and went out of their way for me. Highly recomend.

  I am from the states and was on my way to port mcneil for a sea kayaking trip on a monday. 20 KM south of nanaimo I hit a deer. The next day I had to be in port mcneil. My car was towed to Trojan. They worked with me in the morning then after I left (and was totally out of cell phone coverage), worked with my stateside insurance company. They got my car driveable to the states and arranged for me to pick it up on Saturday morning although they were closed. They were pleasant and helpful and really made my life easier when I needed help. All knowing they would not be doing the repair and receiving very little compensation for the efforts. I would not hesitate to trust my repairs to them.

  I used them years ago and the list of deficiencies was endless. Did did not match paint colour, did not properly sand filler, paint orange-peeled, did not mask windshield when they painted, poor masking along the bumper so some areas did not get painted at all, welding burns on interior of vehicle including burns through the passenger seat belt, greasy hand prints on roof interior and on and on
