Pleasantly surprised how good the food was. Boston clam chowder, cesar salad, salmon and steak. Usually never order salmon at a restaurant but was blown away by it. Steak was perfectly cooked and the service was fantastic! Servers actually cared about their food. Really looking forward to go back.

The filet mignon was grilled to perfection. It was juicy and flavourful. Truly an amazing steak. We also got the rib eye steak, it was grilled exceptional well. The cut of meat had a lot of fat and tendon but it was still flavourful. The sides included Carver’s grana padano gratin potato, and seasonal vegetables. These were just so so. Nothing mind-blowing. For dessert, we had turtle molten cake - Fudgy chocolate bundt, toasted pecans, caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream, berry coulis. This was not overly sweet but just right. It was delicious and tasty.

A nice place to have dinner with friends or family. The staffs are welcoming, friendly and professional. The foods are great and they cook the steak perfectly. The Dessert Molton cake is something to die for. I will come back.

Great value for a steakhouse. If you live in Richmond, it's a good alternative to driving downtown. Also great service.

Almost exactly the same experience as Roger Nathan. Do not go here. Service is terrible and unprofessional and food is mediocre at best but yet severely overpriced for what you get.

We were staying at the hotel because my elder mom had an operation at the hospital. I went into carvers to ask for some clear broth for her as the hospitals food is ..you knowyuk. lol Micheal the server talked to the chef and he made mom broth from scratch. Talk about going way out of their way!! Mom loved the broththank you Micheal and the chef. We had the spinach arugula salad..was wonderful. Service was great. Definitely would return. We wanted seafood but found out the prawns come from another country.seems kind of strange since we live on the west coast. We really need to start supporting local produce. We had to skip the prawns.
