So me and my husband have been looking FOREVER for new living room/bedroom furniture. And when I say forever I mean like almost a year. We’re very particular and have a specific taste. We’ve been in and out of multiple furniture stores, sites and more sites. I’ve almost given up and left the rooms as they were. We ran into some old friends and they were telling us they’ve been redecorating as well and SWORE by this place called “Carrocel” I kind of brushed it off because I’ve just been SO let down. So my husband a few days later said “what’s the hurt in just looking once more”. I thought “ah, what the heck let’s check it out”. All I have to say is WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW, what an AMAZING furniture shop. Now my living room looks like its in an award winning catalogue (sorry for tooting my own horn) but I’m INSANELY happy that I cried!!!!! I cried!!!! Who the heck cries with new furniture?!? I do! That’s how beautiful it looks. Their customer service is impeccable and their eye for design beats anyone I’ve ever come across in my life. They should have their own show. It’s insane how STUNNING their quality is! If you’re looking for new furniture or redecorating GO TO CARROCEL!

We would like to express our gratitude to Pedro and the staff at Carrocel Interiors for the exceptional customer service we received this past summer when purchasing a dining room table and chairs.

From entering Carrocel Interiors the first day, to the delivery of our furniture, we were greeted with smiles, kindness and the most unbelievable customer service.

Pedro was extremely knowledgeable and patient in helping us decide on our choice. From the choice of table and finish, to choice of chairs, to choice of fabric, never once were we made feel rushed or under pressure to make a decision.

We highly recommend Carrocel Interiors for their quality of furniture and commend them for having such a professional, knowledgeable staff. We will certainly be doing further business with Carrocel Interiors.

We recently bought an Art Deco dining room table and sideboard at Carrocel Furniture. I have been to the store over the years and know the high quality of their pieces. It was a challenge to decide since there were so many stunning sideboards. After making our choice, we then decided on a style of table and pedestal. I was assured that the custom made table would compliment the sideboard and it certainly does. The whole process was seamless and stressless. Joseph, the owner was very flexible and stored our pieces as our renovation was delayed due to the pandemic. When we were finally ready, Pedro and the team arrived and in a very short time, set up the sideboard and assembled the table. It was exactly as we had hoped. Everyone who sees the sideboard and table are awed by the craftsmanship and elegance. Our thanks to Joseph, Pedro and Aricelli who were always available to answer questions.

Carrocel is the most unique furniture store I have even been in. Just walking through the front door you know you’re about to experience furniture shopping like never before. If you want it, they have it. If they don’t, they’ll find it. I have never seen such carefully crafted, unique furniture anywhere! The customer service is phenomenal. No awkward pressure while you’re shopping. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend Carrocel if you’re looking for items you won’t find just anywhere!

Not only does Carrocel have beautiful and unique furniture, dealing with them is both an education and a pleasure. Joseph Cabral has an excellent operation, and a great staff (Pedro, who loves fine craftsmanship; and Lindsay, who is simply brilliant with fabric and design; and Sandra, who greets customers and makes them feel like guests).
The workmanship and customer service is first rate (and has been for many years). Carrocel is my go-to first choice, both for my homes and my offices. Simply the best!

Absolutely stunning showroom .the only difficult part was leaving! I was greeted by a lovely lady Stella who made me feel very welcome. A perfect experience.
