These guys are a scam, zero customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. We had reserved a 16' cube van for our moving day 2 weeks in advance. When we got there in the morning we were told they rented it out to someone else for an hour they would be back in 20 mins, two hours later they are now telling me they have no truck on my moving day. Apparently the truck was never returned the night before. We received no call the night before advising of any changes, nothing but lies and half truths and nothing to accommodate us for their mistakes. I WILL NEVER do business with them ever again. Avoid this company at all cost.

One of the most economical car rentals. Renting a car has never been more convenient as they offer pick up and drop services too. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Amazing customer service. Thank you guys.

Highly recommended using advantage if you need a rental or loaner vehicle! We were in an accident and I had never had a loaner vehicle before. Advantage took all the stress out of setting everything up, along with delivering and picking up the van. EXCELLENT customer service! We will definitely be going with them if we ever need a rental or loaner vehicle again! Thank you so much for everything.

They should change their name to DISadvantage. I recently rented a Honda Civic from there. I returned it with a tiny chip in the window that they didn't see but it was upfront about it. The cause was unknown but I'm guessing it was from a pebble or something of that nature from driving on the highway. The gentlemen at the counter wanted me to sign an insurance claim and said they would send me the bill. Obviously I refused as he wanted me to pay $1,000 deductible from insurance to get the chip repaired. I personally contacted Star Glass Repair who quoted me only $40 to fix the minor damages. When I returned from the repair both of the front desk men were very rude, and proceeded to speak in their language in an aggressive tone. I didn't react to their actions but I just thought it was rude. There are so many other car rentals on Sheppard alone that I would suggest driving 2minutes west and visit Avis instead. Much better customer service and rates.

I've been going to this location every month for 2 years or more and this place is by far the BEST car rental service in the city! Prices are GREAT! Customer service is absolutely AMAZING!! These guys provide the best customer service so I refuse to go anywhere else even though I live closer to another location, their service is worth the trip.

We are totally satisfied and amazed how professional and prompt the staff in this location. They were all friendly and courteous. They never fail us everytime we needed rentals and they will find fheir best way to cater us.

Very reasonable prices with professional employees that are there to assist you. I highly recommend this business to anyone searching for a car rental in Toronto. I travel a lot and this was by far the best customer service.

Excellent service was provided. Vehicle was clean and in good condition. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip to the tulip festival this weekend as we had a worry free vehicle. Customer service was very commendable.

AMAZING SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am a regular renter for this company and my experience over the past 6 month has been excellent and I keep returning every month due to the superb service.
Another things that is admirable about this company is that each year changes they get the latest and most modern updates of their cars and this makes me feel extra special as a customer to know that I am driving one of the latest version cars on the market.

It was not planed that Id be renting a car at this place, I was here to enquire the prices and the representatives good gestures and the companies affordable price attracted me which i couldn't resist from rent a car that day. Over all a very good experience, recommended if you are looking for a clean and smooth vehicle at a low cost. My special Thanks to the Representative Raj' for helping by speeding up the process and helping me in the process of renting the car. 5 stars.
