Professional veterinarian! Dr S. is a caring Doctor. Always happy to see us and our dogs. Talks about options and is unwilling to do unwarranted examinations or tests. A helpful clinic. Highly recommend this clinic for animals in the North West

My cat was attacked by a coyote I was scared and worried and right from the time I called them til the time I left the appt. I found everyone very kind and comforting of Monte and myself. The cost was very fair and I was shocked when given an after hours emergency number just in case Monte needed them over the next few days! Amazing how understanding everyone was. If you are an overprotective critter mommy like me I highly recommend coming here.

Honestly, the best vet clinic in the city! Sincerely caring, even not during work hours. Our JayJay got sick and Dr. Sharma and his team did all they could to save her. It didn't work and we needed to let our puppy go. The support we got was incredibly genuine. The price for the care JayJay got was very reasonable. They CARE and that is very important to every pet owner.

Dr Sharma is AMAZING. I loved going to his Clinic and was so upset when I had to transfer clinics. His prices are great, he was amazing with my dog and so patient with husband, who had a million + 1 questions. I would reccomend anyone in the area to go see him.

The staff were so kind and helpful and very understanding about my scared puppy. I was going to another vet that was absolutely horrible to my puppy. They were able to work through his fears and I would say it was such a great experience overall. They even offered to let me come in with my puppy just for happy friendly visits to get him more used to the vet! The puppy packet was also super awesome! He loves the new toy.
I see many good reviews about Dr. Sharma, and I'm sure he's fantastic, but I absolutely loved the way Dr. Madsen treated my puppy. She's really great and I highly recommend herresponse / report this review -

This is Yoho's mummy. We have been here for the really life-saving days. First time, Yoho ate a poisonous mushroom and I freaked out because she passed out and I even failed to use my fingers to open her eyes. She literally lost her breath. The second time she got a disease and it couldn't be figured out from the vet we used to go near where I live. So I talked to the doctor and she diagnosis her for "puppy strangles" and she was so kind to bring me a copy of the description of the disease. She gave the treatment for almost a month for 99$, including the exam fee. It was a relief that she can save her from the horrible disease very timely. And they followed up with me a week later to ask for a recheck. I can't thank the staff there enough! Very friendly and nice environment assured!

We take our picky kitty to this vet and have always received fantastic service. We generally are able to get an appointment when we want to and last Friday we called to see if we could come in a bit earlier than our appointment and they were more than happy to accomodate that for us. Our kitty normally sees Dr. Sharma but last Friday we had a lady vet (I am sorry I didn't catch her name) and she was amazing! She took her time with our kitty and answered all of our questions wonderfully. As well, she did not try to sell us on expensive services (we are students and want the best for our kitty but we have a budget). The support staff are awesome too! We are very grateful and will recommend this vet clinic to everyone.
