We have been bringing our pets to Dr Morley for over 20 years.The only Vet I can trust 100% ,he is extremely knowledgeable.The staff has always been friendly and helpful.Can’t say enough about this superb Vet Clinic.

Dr Morley is a genuine, caring and kind vet. He takes his time explaining everything and helping us understand how to best care for our dog. His staff are friendly and professional and we always feel at home. We have been to a few vets in Calgary and this beats them all. We would recommend Dr Morley and his clinic.

I first got Teeka as a pup in 2015 and phone MANY different animal clinics in the Calgary area to find a vet for her. When I called Properties Animal Clinic Emily took the time to answer all the questions that I had and then asked me questions about Teeka. She gave me information that was important to being that first time puppy owner. She was not just interested in getting Teeka booked into a appointment and getting off the phone. The call was not about the money at all. We talked for about 20-30 mins and I felt that she really had the best interest of Teeka in the call.

The first visit there with Teeka was just like walking into a family's place. Everyone working that day came over to meet Teeka and I and introduced themselves. Dr. Morley was just fantastic with Teeka. He gave me a full timeline of what things Teeka would need to get down and the costs that they would be. He also came me a lot information about her breed and what I need to be aware of. The next few visits there Teeka couldn't get in the clinic fast enough to see all of her human friends.

Around 4 months old Teeka got into some medication, very stressed I called Emily to see what I should do. As they were not set up to look after this kind of thing she referred me to the C.A.R.E. center. She called them and told them that I was coming in with Teeka and what had happened. I call Emily back 3 or 4 times as I was not able to find the clinic and every time she was there for me until I found it even though they had closed 20 mins earlier. Emily followed up with me the next day to see how Teeka was doing. After a 5 day stay in there Teeka had to go to follow-up blood tests weekly for a month with Dr. Morley. With in a few hours Dr. Morley would call me with the results.

At 8 months old Teeka was hit by a car and died. When I call Emily to find out about getting her cremated she was awesome. The whole clinic signed a sympathy card for me.

A year later I got Shtiya and went back to the clinic with her. We have been uneventful so far. I do know that if anything happens the whole staff will be there for Shtiya.

This is one of the best clinic in Calgary and their compassion for the animals above any other.

We were with Properties Animal Clinic for 11 years with our 2 dogs until they passed away, and after 3 years we have returned with our new puppy.
Dr. Morley is genuine, compassionate, knowledgable, informative, patient and friendly with both pets and us humans. The staff are great, welcoming and professional. The clinic is smaller, homey and so doesn't overwhelm pets too much. We are super happy to return to the clinic, and we thoroughly recommend Dr. Morley, the staff and this wonderful clinic.

I have been bringing my little Sphynx cat Shelly here since the day we got her. The service is exceptional and it is definitely worth making the 25 minute drive. Shelly has special requirements and sensitivities and the team at Properties work closely with the specialists at CARE to provide her state-of-the-art care. Dr. Palacios is the cat whispererShelly gets right into her arms when she walks into the exam room. Dr. Morley is great and runs a smooth operating clinic. Shannon, Erin and Emily are all awesome, too. I appreciate the 'friendly, fair and firm' approach this team exhibits and I have a lot of love and respect for them!

We have been seeing Properties Animal Clinic for 11 years. They have always treated our pets very professionally. The vets have been willing to listen to our concerns and explain things very well. Recently we moved to Red Deer and took our dogs to a local vet. The level of service was not what we were used to. Needless to say, we are continuing to make the 1 1/2 hour drive, so we can see Dr. Morley or Dr. Kim. The office staff are very welcoming and love greeting the dogs.

I have taken all my cats to Dr. Morley for years and have always had very positive experiences. We live across the city but will always make the trip because we know our kitties will be in good hands. The staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable and make us feel comfortable, even in difficult situations such as having to euthanize our elderly cat earlier this year. We took our new kitten in last night and had a great first visit-- Dr. Morley and staff always address our concerns and questions very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this clinic and vet to anyone looking for genuine and compassionate care for their animals.

This is probably one of the best clinics I will and have ever gone to.

Emily Manktelow is someone I have been dealing with over the year and a half I have had to go to Properties Animal Clinic, and has always made my visit much brighter. With her warm and honest welcome, the trip to the vet for my kitties is much easier. She remembers your name the first time she meets you, and remembers your animals you bring in and treats them as if they are her own. During the passing of my beloved Oreo, she stood by my side as he passed and made the grieving process just that much easier. His sister passed 2 months later and had to be at a different location, and the service was nothing close to what Emily brings.

Kent the main veterinarian and owner is also absolutely wonderful, he is extremely knowledgeable and will always prepare you in terms of the health of your pet. He is always open for questions that you have and treats your pet as one of his own as well. Kent is always there for you and brings you the information you need faster than any other clinic. He takes time and care with your pet, and treats with respect and professionalism.

Truly this Animal Clinic is the best out there in Calgary and the surrounding areas. The rooms are always spotless, there is always someone there to assist you and welcome you, and they truly treat your pet with the best care that they can. Booking appointments is pain-free, discussing concerns over the phone is easy - you will always get a call back with the information you need, and they truly welcome you and your pet - every time. This clinic gives a personal feel to it and the costs associated are better than compared to other clinics. They always give you an estimate for you before doing anything, and you will always know what you're paying at the end of the visit.
