Dr. Jodi Harbour is the best! She is such a lover of all animals and truly cares about every single one. This place is like no other, they will take the time to explain what is happening and you never feel like you are being over charged.

The staff at this clinic are extremely friendly and always take the time to make suggestions and explain procedures. They genuinely love and care for the animals that visit.

We can't say enough amazing things about Dr Harbour and the team at Animal Clinic West. We first saw her for a puppy wellness exam and she went over a ton of info with us and talked vaccine schedules and nail clipping and answered all of our new puppy parent questions. Then when we had issues with our puppy shortly after bringing her home, Dr Harbour took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options, gave us realistic treatments to get our little puppy feeling better and answered all of our many, many questions. The test results came in on a day she wasn't working and so Dr Cyfra took time out of his day to go over the results with us and provide a plan until we could talk to Dr Harbour the next day. BEYOND happy that we brought our little puppy Stella to Animal Clinic West where she's already been taken such good care of. We've seen other vets for other pets in the past and none have ever been as helpful or as supportive as Dr Harbour and the team at Animal Clinic West. We would absolutely recommend Dr Harbour to anyone in need of an incredibly smart, caring and kind vet.

Dr. Jodi Harbour is an amazing vet and personshe is so great with my kitten and always takes the time to explain everything in great detail to me. I highly recommend her - she is very passionate about what she does! The clinic has a great vibe. My only complaint, which is more of a minor irritation (and not their fault!) is that there is no parking lot.

I LOVE Animal Clinic West!! My thirteen and a half year old dog, Arthur has been a regular at this wonderful facility for about nine years. ALL the staff are wonderful. I believe that they really care for and love my Arthur and are continually working towards improving his quality of life. I am forever grateful to them.

My 3yr old Male Tabby had quite the irritated lower front tooth. I was able to get in for an exam quickly as a new patient, and his surgery and dental cleaning was scheduled for a week later. I was a nervous wreck, and the staff called me to let me know how he was doing and how it went and put my heart at ease. When it came time to pick him up, the Dr was very thorough with going over post op, the specifics, and handed me the teeth removed in a little tube for a keepsake! I will be bringing my other 2 here and so happy I found you guys!

Best veterinary visit we've ever been too. The entire staff works well as a team to show how much they love our puppy. This clinic is now a favourite place to visit for us and our pup! Doctor Jodi Harbour is knowledgeable and educated us on the best care and upbringing for our labrador and it is very apparent she adores animals. Rachelle makes the perfect addition to Dr. Harbour's office, we were thrilled at how much they care about our pet's experience. On behalf of our dog Jake, he says they're very generous with treats!

this clinic is simply outstanding. I took my new cat there, and all the staff were friendly, professional, caring. Dr. Harbour was our vet, and she, and the tech working with her, were amazing. Dr. Harbour examined my cat top to bottom, and made me and my kitty feel relaxed throughout. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, definitely loved her profession,gave very sound advice, very personable, the best vet I have seen in the 40 years I have owned pets. She took the time to listen to all my concerns, and answered every question I had. She was so nice on how she pointed out all the good qualities of my cat. The owner of the clinic took the time to shake my hand and welcome me and the kitty to the clinic. All the staff were amazing. The location and parking is horrendous, but Dr. Harbour and the Animal Clinic West will be our vet from now on.

I have been taking my cats to Animal Clinic West since I first moved to Calgary 2 years ago. The staff are amazingly friendly and even know my cats and I by name.
The vets always make you feel like your pets are the cutest things they ever seen (which of course they are), and I am never worried to leave them in their capable hands.

I have been bringing my pets to Animal Clinic West since about 2006 and have never been disappointed. Dr. Cyfra has been wonderful over the years, and Dr. Harbour has been an excellent addition to the team. They both are very knowledgeable, and when needed, give a variety of options for diagnostic procedures and treatments that work for both me and my pets. Though the team of veterinary technicians and doctors have changed since 2006, as is bound to happen over time, the compassionate, positive, and welcoming environment has not. You can tell everybody there loves what they do, and it really shines through in their work.

Dr Harbour has been taking care of my kitties for a few years now, and is lovely to deal with. She's pragmatic with their care, and is great at explaining things she is doing or saying to make sure I fully understand. The entire staff is super friendly and welcoming. I'll never go anywhere else!

Amazing! This is the place you and your pet want to be at. They are not only very professional but honestly interested in the wellbeing of your pet. I visited a couple of times and people would always be attentive, proactive, and their service is the best.
I needed to take my pet on an international travel and they helped greatly. From Kyle investigating forms and printing and noting for me details of the complicated process, to the doctor's great service and flexibility during our visit.

This is a very user friendly clinic. I had to find a new vet and found this clinic to be very friendly/ down to earth/ easy to talk to and ask questions/ not to mention good with dogs -in my case. In addition, very accommodating. So one of my dogs eats a full box of chocolate on Christmas eve and I call in a panic and they make room for us and handle the situation!
Just an all round dependable clinic. Highly recommend them.response / report this review
